My wife was driving home last week around 5:15 and had a major issue with a tire. I was able to get her spare on and get her on her way to our home in Milton with the understanding she would go straight to Pep Boys and get the tire repaired or replaced as she has to drove from Milton to Pensacola each day. She called and was told they closed at 7. It was not 6 yet and she told them she was on her way. They stopped her and told her she needed to try on another day. We have done a lot of business there over the years and that was the wrong answer. She could not wait another day. Instead she called the Pace location and they told her to come on and had her in and her with a repaired tire in 30 minutes. 5 stars to Pace and 0 stars to Milton. Very disappointed in the service at the Milton location lately and this was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back.

Jeffery was an excellent service advisor and I trust him completely with my vehicle. Pep boys was quick and throughout with the inspection and update on the parts and labor quotes and the technician did a wonderful job. Very happy and will return.

They were awesome. Everywhere else told me it would be hours and they got me in and out in about an hour which is awesome! They were very nice and even dealt with the fact that I had very loud triplet toddlers. Highly recommend
