pizza was held in the warming area for over 20 minutes as we waited for pickup because they said it was not r ready for pickup over 30 minutes in warming area pizza was cold when we got home only 5 minutes away

Took pizza to go. Where's the CHEESE? Stuffed crust hardly any cheese. Pizza itself had no cheese in alot of spots. Sauce only. Sausage was good. Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in years. Thought we would try a Florida Pizza Hut. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

Not happy!! Ordered for delivery because I’ve been sick. They drop off the order and it’s not right and we’re missing items we paid for. Tried calling repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting hung up on. Even tried calling to order and it gives you someone who doesn’t even work there. It’s a call center!!! My boyfriend had to drive up there to get our order fixed. $40 wasted in my opinion.

I'm going through a tough time. Couldn't pay for the whole order, left to see what happened to my money, then called them to try and cancel and said I would order when I had the full amount. The young cashier Malik said he would see what the manager wanted to do. Manager said he would take of if. I will pay him for his gratitude and understanding. He is a good man and clearly a kind soul. Thank you so much. Nice to know there are good and caring people out here.

The Dogwood Location of Milton, FL Pizza Hut is always a hit with my family! The exceptional service given to us by their crew led by Kathryn is the main reason we keep coming back tho!

Unfortunately, Milton's Pizza hut has gone way downhill, there are no eat in places here anymore, and the delivery is sub-par, I have to call back all the time, I hate complaining about anything, but eating out in general has gotten worse and costs more.
