I really enjoy working out at this Planet Fitness. It is very well-maintained and clean. The equipment is up-to-date and there is plenty of options to choose from. The staff is super friendly and the manager Marquis is always willing to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend this gym over any other in the area!!!

I love this gym so much! It’s very well taken care of, clean, and has tons of equipment to choose from. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the manager marquis is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Planet Fitness in Milton!

I travel a lot. Of the dozens of PF's I've been to this has to be one of the best of not top dog. Over a year in and this place is Clean. With a capital C. Highly recommend

By far the best and cleanest Planet Fitness I've been to.Staff and facility are both phenomenal.If you're a black card member say goodbye to waiting in line for a spa/massage chairs. There are 4 hydromassage beds, a few tanning beds and 2 massage chairs.Hardly ever have to wait for machines at this location as there are so many and most are still in mint condition.The bathroom and locker rooms are always kept clean and secure.Overall 5 star experience for a gym.

We joined in February 2023 and due to unforeseen circumstances had to quit our membership two months later at the facility. We are still getting debited from our checking account as of September 2023. I talked with their manager and he stated that my wife had a separate account. He insisted that she had not cancelled the account which was in my wife's name only my account My wife has never set foot in Planet Fitness. The Black membership was the only account we ever signed up for which included my membership and a guest. On their corporate website, it indicates that I had canceled the membership in April but at the local Milton facility, it does not indicate any cancellation. He provided me with an e-signature contract which I have no way of telling if it is valid. I asked for the corporate phone number which he claimed he could not give out. I had been warned by several people about Planet Fitness and that canceling membership would be a problem. They want both a credit card and a bank account to ensure they get paid. I would advise that you think twice before you hand over a credit card and bank account number to this company.

Employees are awesome, everyone of them! Gym Maintenance and ownership care for client experience is terrible!! Leaks in roof, closing whole areas down, brand new gym equipment out of service, AC non adequate for area's of spaces, HOT in back rooms.I don't rely on them, but TVs have been down for over a month going on 2 ☹️.Great concept, but ownership do not appreciate the people they are in business to serve.Let's get this thing on track ya'll, Milton needs it!

Always clean & efficient gym. Nice selection of equipment and easy to use for first timers. Very friendly staff. Respectful gym culture has been my experience every time. No body shaming. I haven't seen internet vids being made either (good). Bathroom/locker area clean. Prices/plans very reasonable. Overall, I'm quite happy here and I highly recommend.

Liars. Pretty much all I can say. Told me I would have to wait to cancel. Charged me a $40 renewal. Still wouldn’t cancel. Employee told me my account be frozen and a manager would contact me, never happened. $110 later I got my membership canceled after being lied to multiple times. (Once saying my membership was transferred and twice saying my account was frozen for three months and I wouldn’t be charged) I go in to cancel and the lady working at the desk refused to give me even my $10 back!?! “Our policy says” (yeah your policy says nothing about lying employees nice try) What an absolute joke. zero customer service. Avoid them and sign up to absolutely any other gym. What an absolute sad excuse of a business these people are. I even asked if it was worth $10 to have me leave, which meant me leaving a review and never coming back again. Still nothing. Terrible terrible service. I’d be ashamed to work here and to manage these kind of employees.

Visiting Milton Fla. Gym was very clean and modern. Locker room was the nicest I have visited to date. Staff kept busy cleaning between interacting with members. First rate gym

I like this gym for the price. The staff have always been friendly too. I give it a 3 star which in the beginning would have been a 2 star because of how long it took to get all the tanning beds running. 1 bed at the time getting to spring is not a good idea when everyone wants to tan and only one bed was available. Also you have to clean your own bed, I don’t have a problem with cleaning after me but so many times people don’t clean and the last thing you want to do is clean someone else’s sweat! Especially when I am paying to use it. I asked the staff about it and they said they are too busy to do it but so many times there would be a staff member standing there that could easily take a couple minutes to do It. It’s just gross. I also don’t like how they use hand dryers in the bathroom claiming how they are saving so many trees by doing that (which is great) but then you go out on the floor and all the cleaning stations have garbages next to them that are full of paper towels. What?! Doesn’t make sense to me. Why not get real towels and just re wash them for people to use like most gyms I’ve been too. At least it doesn’t contradict what they claim they are trying to do. also, for the probably last month or a little more most of their tv’s don’t even work. I don’t watch them but what about the person on the treadmill that does? Just doesn’t look good. They claim they are waiting for the corporate approval to get them fixed, how long does it take to get an approval? Seriously wondering. If it takes this long, it makes you wonder how much the corporate cares for the smaller town gyms? Other than that it’s a pretty good place to just go and workout. ?

This place is less than 5 minutes from my house. I just moved here. For weeks the TV’s have not worked. The hand sanitizer stations are never all filled. Paper towels out. See pics. But today was it. The limit. It’s 100+ degrees every day and when I get to the gym at 5 am I expect the fans and AC to work. It was 85 plus degrees this morning and the overhead fans were not working. Coworker said he called the customer service line and nothing. Who is running this place? I have a YouTube travel channel and I have been in over 100 PF’s. This place needs something to change. I drive past two local gyms to get here. They are more expensive, but I bet they have fans and and AC and paper towels and hand sanitizer.

Very nice facility but a few things they could improve on. Staff changes frequently but are friendly. Some equipment and other things out of order often. The black perks area is fantastic but it is hard to get into the hybrid tanning bed booth so I think they need to add another one. the Milton facility is newer and is much nicer than the Davis Highway, Pensacola facility for FYI. I don’t like having to be the one to wipe the equipment down. The Hydro massage lounge beds are absolutely wonderful. I like the red light therapy, hybrid booth results too.I think guests I might bring should be allowed to use the perks spa area too.

Every night or even during the day. I see the staff joking with friends and or group when they're are customers waiting for the hydro beds. I have asked Paul and Cheyenn multiple times to politely register me for my massage chair. At times they respond not even with proper manner. I do not know who is training them, but there has to be management present at least during the day to address issues from multiple kids hanging out at the desk when if I or my other friends I bring up to join have the same expirience. Definitely not a professional environment.

TYSM to the young guy with long surfer hair that checked on me today and got me a Gatorade when I got dizzy and disoriented! Appreciate it! Everyone here is always super nice, they just need mirrors in the functional workout room!!
