We had an issue in the beginning reaching the office, but the Regional Manager, Ryan, called and demonstrated great customer service. They are very responsive to solving any issues. The unit was clean and ready to move in.

I love the fact that I was able to locate the facility and when I had questions, they were readily answered. It is so easy to have my payments on the autopay as well. This ensures that I don't accidentally overlook a payment. The unit is clean and in a controlled space so I have no need to worry about where anything is. I'm glad that I found them. The way and convience of the way it's set up is one less thing I have to worry about. I would reccomed them highly.

This place had a leak in the roof that had been leaking before my stuff was put in it. I get a call stating they think my unit is wet. Upon arriving my stuff was soaked. It was soaked prior than just the storm from that day it stunk so bad all my stuff was coveres in mildew and mold it had been leaking for awhile. The hastle to get my stuff replaced has been a headache they move our unit into another 1 no help all on us while i went through my things gagging etc the last 5 years of my life being ruined in front of my eyes the employee was nothing but snobby and sarcastic. I went to move out and the unit when we moved in we came through a different door now we have to go to the opposite side of the building to get my things out of here in this new unit causing us to work 60x harders already than it was when we had to move our things from 1 unit to another. Do not use this place. There is very many other viable options.
