Im absolutely enraged right now. I had plans to pick up my wife and bring her to Florida,finally to our new home. But, since this banks teller lied to me saying that a $5000 of my federally funded check would clear the next day. Here we are three business days later, and nothing. The representative on the phone tells me only $250 will be available to me tomorrow. On top of this the representative stated that she will begin a complaint in my behalf and during mid sentence we are disconnected and I never received a returns call. I am discussed and disappointed with this bank and its services. I am a huge believer in first impression. I am not at the least impressed with Regions. I will be banking elsewhere as soon as my money cclears.Not happy one bit.

Do NOT USE REGIONS to use BANK ANYWHERE! I used my debit card on Aug 21 for 2 transactions at the same buiesness. On August 22, the company said they credited my account for one of the transactions. I actually SAW the pending transaction on my account app on Aug 23. On Monday, Aug 26 their was no longer a pending amount. The buiesness I was using is medical. They wanted to wait for paperwork from insurance to show what was and was not was not covered. I just received my insurance paperwork. The buiesness is showing I received this money into my account. They advised that I contact the bank. I did so. The bank also shows that I received the funds on Aug 26. My balance at the time Aug 21-29 was $3.24. I never received the pending amount. In September, it never showed a pending amount or a credit. It just disappeared. Currently, it is showing that I received this money. I did NOT. I've never had a pending amount just disappear then, not be credited to my acount. I'm currently looking for screenshots of my account to prove the funds never appeared. After that, if I don't receive my funds, I will be closing my 2 accounts. I also have accounts at other banks. Nothing like this has ever happened. However, I have made mistakes at other banks. Even though the mistakes were mine, the other banks always refunded my money. The amount is not large. However, on a fixed income, when the funds are imperative, it's very distressing when they just disappear. That was the reason I took screenshots when it happened.

Was greeted and waited on immediately and treated with respect and got my needs met in a timely manner. Will continue to bank with Region's and invite others to join them.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!**This bank is a joke and all of the workers that work there are too. If it wasnt for my company using them, I damn sure wouldn't personally. I can break down a change order for a deposit to the cent (which i shouldn't have to because thats their job) and they still look at me like I've got 3 heads. This is a bank. These people deal with money, so why is it a monkey can do their job better than them?! I bring in a change order because I can't make change for a 20 so why would they give me 20s back with my change order?! Ive been shorted on more than one occasion. Every time I go, I have to double back and its a waste of my time that I don't have. Unfortunately that means I have to waste just as much time to use the branch in milton. Yall need to clean shop and get people that can actually deal with money and do their job right, not depend on your customers to do their job for them.

This is the worst banking experience ever, over such a simple thing. My bank is out of town, so I opened up a bank account here so I could have local banking abilities. Anyway, cleaned my car out and had a bunch of quarters was just gonnastop in to trade it out. Not so fast, had to have a driver's license and bank card. I raised my eyebrows, but ok. As I'm walking out to get them, the teller, who rolled her eyes at me upon mention of trading the quarters out began making snide remarks under her breath to the drive thru teller, who laughed. Coming back in the teller whined to the other teller about having to get the change counter. I mean is this not a bank? What kind of people are they hiring that they have zero people skills.I have never been treated so rudely in my life. They need to take the chair the teller is sitting in because she obviously needs to get off her lazy butt so she can do her job. This was over less than 20 dollars in change, all in quarters. I will never enter this establishment again, except to change my change. I will keep this account open solely for that purpose. I suggest everyone else does too. What a shame that with all the people needing jobs, that is who they choose to employ.Sincerely,Disgusted

Walk in the lobby into a black hole. If you wait 10 minutes to ask a teller a question and it needs a office member to help you they tell you to sit down and wait without informing a soul that you are there. So you sit until someone happens to walkout and ask if anyone needs help after 10-15 minutes. SMH ??

The business i work for banks with the pace branch. Staff is always friendly but the service speed is extremely slow and its not their fault. Whoever is controlling the schedule or "payroll" is incompetent for allowing only 2 and sometimes 1 person to run the window and lobby. Even on a monday or after a holiday they run short staff.

I hate Regions bank, their app is trash, mobile deposits don’t work and charge you a fee to use it the one time it does work. Then I have to out of my way to go to the physical bank and they said I have to tell them to put it in my account right away, I’ve never had a bank work the way Regions does and frankly, it’s awful. If you’re considering a new bank don’t let it be regions.
