Called ahead to make sure you were open the day before new years. Your voicemail says your open, but after driving 22 miles into town.... your closed. And of course you're closed today as well. 45 miles for nothing. FU!!!

This is a horrible bank. They do not care about you. I was sitting right in front of the drive-through to do a transaction and was seen from employee's. They close two minutes early right before I drove up to the window as I was signing my check…I pulled up to the window at 11:49 and asked to deposit my check and they told me “No”… Very rude I do not trust these people. I’m canceling my accounts and banking strictly with golf wins. It’s a fantastic bank who cares about you.

Conveniently located on Caroline Street (Hwy 90) in Milton, Regions has been my bank of choice for over 30 years with branches all over the south and as far north as Virginia, you will get excellent service from all of the Regions branches and the Milton Branch on Caroline Street is no exception. Always friendly, the banking staff is always ready and able to help you with your banking needs. They care, and are always professional. This location has a well lit convenient drive up ATM by the teller lanes, or during store hours you can get that personal touch from help in the drive thru teller lanes, or by going into the lobby. If you are looking for a hometown bank with big service then Regions might just be the bank you want to try first.

As a non-customer, I went in to see if I could cash a check. The woman that served me was stern, direct and quite frankly treating me like I had gone in to commit a crime. I was considering becoming a customer but she definitely made me change my mind. I’m a believer in treat people how you like to be treated. She needs some people skill courses.

Horrible bank.very unprofessional and mediocre. specially for commercial accounts.no wonder has so many bad reviews.i gave them the benefit of the doubt for 2years but that's it..I'm done with regions in Milton..if you want a bad bank experience.come on by .they will make sure here...??????????

They pick and choose who they wanna help… after giving 5 forms of identification it still wasn’t enough to make a withdraw. I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.. awful bank
