The Santa Rosa Eastbound Rest Stop is a clean and well-maintained facility located a little past Pensacola, Florida. It offers plenty of parking for passenger vehicles and 18-wheelers, with wide spots. The restrooms are consistently noted as huge, clean, and plentiful, with toilet paper and napkins stocked. There are multiple bathrooms, including men's, women's, and a nice family bathroom accessible for private changing. For amenities, the stop has a large vending area with working machines, including an ice cream vending machine, and water fountains. There are plenty of picnic tables to enjoy a meal and various trash cans throughout the property. The area provides open space, a walking trail to stretch your legs, and is often a quiet place to rest without a lot of people. It is considered a decent and ideal rest stop for a break.
This is among the cleanest bathrooms along our journey. The area to walk our dog was well lite and clearly marked.

This is the rest area a little past Pensacola, Florida. I didn’t have any issues while stopping at this location. There is sufficient parking space to choose from for passenger vehicles and 18-Wheelers. I do love that they have vending machines that were working. The restrooms and property was well maintained.
