Dropped off wedding ring to have white gold refreshed, when it was time to be picked up, guess what, the Marquise stone .75 carat was switched!!
They put in a low grade stone, yes they did..prove it, not unless it had been laser engraved. Original stone was bright and clear, new stone was pale and yellow. Never ever doing business with these....

10:30 am on Wednesday. Sign states they are open, in fact, they are not open. You call and their voicemail is full so you can't leave a message.

I dropped off my grandmother's Lindie Star ring on April 5, 2023. I was told it would take two to three weeks to size it an 11.5. The ring was made out of 10K white gold, which Mick, the jeweler, was happy about as it was easier to work with than silver. It all went downhill from there. After waiting to hear from them for two weeks, I started calling again. I called on April 27, June 5, June 6, June 7, June 8, June 9, and June 14 and left messages at each call but did not receive a response. I went into the store on June 16 and spoke with the owner. He said AT&T was having issues with their phones and to call him directly on his cell phone. The ring wasn't ready but it was "in progress." He said it would be a few more days and they'd call me when it was ready. Again, it kept rolling downhill.I called July 25 and left a message that I don't care if the ring was done or not, I was coming in to pick it up the next day to take it somewhere else. Mick called me back and said it would be finished by the end of business that day. I told him I'd be in Milton on July 26 at 10:00 a.m. I went to the store and Mick told me he'd need another 30 minutes. When I got the ring, it was too large, horrible craftsmanship, and the wrong metal. I paid the full $200.00, got in my car, burst into tears, and went home.I just left the Jewelers Trade Shop in Pensacola. They were horrified at the state of my ring. It requires half of the ring to be cut off because they cannot separate out the wrong metal that was used. I paid $245.00 for it to be fixed correctly. I cannot dissuade you from going to Santa Rosa Jewelers loud enough.

Quick visit. Proprietor took his time, made a quick adjustment in a necklace and told me it was so easy he wouldn't charge me, even after I offered at least to pay a service charge. The whole time I spent there was a pleasure

Fantastic store that truly cares about its customers. I brought a pocket watch in for repair and they walked me through the process. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with what I recieved. I'm so pleased to have a working pocket watch in my possession again, thanks to all the wonderful people at Santa rosa jewelers!

Went by during business hours there was a closed sign on the door they were not open. When you call it doesn’t even identify that you’re calling the right place just says that they can’t answer the phone and leave a message not that you’ve reached the right place. And you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full. I don’t even know if they’re still open or not since they weren’t there during business hours

Not your typical jewelry store. Gone is vast inventory worth 100's of 1000's or more likely, millions of dollars from the glass cases. Instead, a friendly voice from the back. "Hellooo, I'll be right out"Obvious with the brighter light and compactness of the back area that it must be the jeweler's workshop. After a lengthy, pleasant and educational history of S.R.J. My purpose of determining the aproxx value of a ring was then addressed post haste. It, having little to no value in resale. The knowldge gained from this man was so intricate. But the one thing that stood out was the time he so willingly and freely donated to me. A non paying, wonder in patron.

I drove all the way there. It was 2 o'clock on a Tuesday and they were closed. They missed out on my business.
