Love the place. You don't have cops out here trying to hassle you like in Southern Florida at the rest stops. Be warned though, on the Northwestern part of the property there seems to be an entire family of piglets and they are definitely turning feral. If you think little piglets are cute and you approach them, you'll have a good time up until the parents who are probably full on wild hogs at this point, come out and tear you to bits. The little piglets though, they're very friendly and they'll come right up to you and you can pet them and everything. But you don't know how far along into becoming feral they have gotten, besides their longer fur that they've been growing and they probably are growing tusks as well. So pet them, but only for a second. Then run.

Nice Big Rest Area! Pulled in and slept for a few hours here while traveling across FL. Florida has the BEST Rest Area's we have seen in all of our travels and that covers all of the eastern half of the US.There's always another one on the interstate about 40 miles away.Always maintained very nicely both outside and well as inside.

Clean, Easy in and Out, Safe to walk around, Seems always to have Staff Around,... Florida has some of the best Highway Rest Stops in the Country, Most with Security.... Thank You, State and Reststop Staff....

Florida rest stops are always so clean. You can accidently drop something on the floor and not have to throw it away. Nicely updated and decorated.

This is it a well maintained rest stop by the state. The restrooms were clean and well lit. Unfortunately, they had no vending machines or any type of concessions.
