Not a good experience. The price was ok. The service was rough at times. The penalties were crazy. I was a month late on my payment yes that was on me but to put everything up for auction In that short of a period and then charge $100 auction fee 2 month payment and late fee amounting to $355. That's rough. Not to mention the latch on my door was broke the whole year I had the unit. I asked them to fix it 3 times. They never fixed it. They even cut my lock off so they could put theirs on when it was late. Common practice for this is put on a 2nd lock in the 2nd hole on the latch. But because it was broke and they didn't want to fix it, they just cut mine off. Did not refund this money either. So be wary when using this service.

My experience was good at first I thought my stuff was safe but it wasn’t my unit got broke into and some of the stuff that was left in my unit that wasn’t stolen was water damaged and since I was new to getting a storage I had no idea that there not responsible for anything that’s could happen to your stuff I thought it would be safe there boy was I wrong and then what makes it worse is all they could say is oh sorry about that I had two big trunks taken the lock wasn’t there either they took the lock with them I had a broken doll that was placed neatly on top some other dolls this place doesn’t care about you or your stuff

Well its affordable however I called to let Mona know I was gonna be two days late on my payment. She went put a lock on it and it was on the 3rd of the month. The other lady said they only put locks on them when its 15 days late.Top that off my unit sprung a leak and ruined a lot of my stuff the weekend staff did swap my unit but couldn't allow me to borrow or even rent a dolly to move my stuff. Didn't even offer any compensation for my ruins.
