“This was my first time using a storage unit. I was not really excited about the situation. Entering the building it was a little scary to be honest. My main concern is that the lights are hesitant to come on and it only lights up the hallway that you are in. You cannot see down the next hallway until you reach it. I was feeling a little uncomfortable and out of place. So I went to the front building and there, I found a lovely lady named Susan. Susan was very welcoming and helpful! She Assisted me with installing the lock , and answered alot of questions for me. The next day I received an email that my count was overdue. So I immediately called the call center. Because I had just opened my account on december twenty sixth and today was january fifth. After speaking with the call center, it was clear they were clueless on what was going on with my account. The CSR said she would have a manager call me back. At that point once again I was discouraged and decided, The best thing to do was to go to the facility and speak with Susan. I was so happy to see susan in the office waiting to assist. She was able to look up my account and verified that it was not overdue and that it was set up for automatic payments. Susan confirmed everything was fine just as I thought it was prior to being told by the call center rep the account was overdue.As with many call centers, you never get the correct information and you always have to go to the facility and see a real person. I am so thankful that Susan works at my local storage facility. She was able to assist me 2 days in a row With several different issues! And Susan also has changed my opinion about storage facilities in general!!! I think storage king should give susan a raise and have her train all of their new office managers!!”

“Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at any Uhaul center! I probably changed my order 3 or 4 times throughout the week and every time I called they patiently helped me. I even needed to buy a new trailer hitch and they installed the ball and hitch on my truck for me. I highly recommend using them the next time you move. Even if you live closer to another Uhaul center it is worth the drive to go to this location! Moving is always stressful, but they helped lessen the burden by providing incredible customer care.”

“They never answer phone, always get answering serviceUPDATE ON THIS REVIEW AS OF 2022My original review was one star and complaint because back when I made first review I had left message countless times and no one returned my call so I don't know what was going on back then but later after summer of 2021 I was able to reach them and got mobile attics for my move and I still have those mobile attics at my new homestead. I have updated my review because I did receive good service as of October 2021 and on up until current time in February 2022.”
