We got a call right before they arrived (about 20 minutes in advance), asked us how we wanted the moving process to go (placement of boxes within house, where furniture was to be placed, if we wanted to unpack ourselves or not, etc), and triple checked that every box was present before we signed the paperwork. They were super friendly and efficient, even in this muggy Florida heat, making the process substantially easier for everyone involved. 10/10 will recommend.”

“I had several units here for almost two years. The location on Sorrento road is secure, clean and my climate controlled units were always cool and dry. The office and maintenance staff were always great. Perdido Stor it Mate was a crucial part of my return to Pensacola.
I also appreciated the 24 hour access, was very important when I would arrive at midnight after a 15 hour drive with a moving truck.”

“So today is the 7th of November I rented a unit from Public Storage had no clue where my unit was even with a map. So I went to the office to get assistance Ms Michelle was in the office she was on a phone call, I could tell she was on the phone I waited patiently did not take long at all as she when I walked in let me know very pleasantly she was on the phone. Then we talked she met me around to where my access would be. Have some small talk she was great at explaining and showing me how freight elevator worked walk me to my unit. The time she took was used very well very informative she did a great job thank you Michelle”

The storage unit is well accessible and maintained. Shout out to Ms. Jones for for a seamless registration.”
“Extra Space Storage was a decent place to use for our storage needs. I work a lot of hours during the weekdays so it's tough for me to get by a place of business during normal business hours, so having 24/7 access to the facility, as well as, being able to text message the front desk made things much easier. The only thing that gave me a bad taste about this place is the fact they are constantly jacking up the price on you for no valid reason, in my opinion. When I first started using them it was only around d $62 month, but within a few months it suddenly went to $73 and then I got an email the other day stating it was going up to $94 month. My unit wasn't the biggest available and wasn't even climate controlled so paying that much is just ridiculous to me. Luckily we are currently moving and were planning on emptying it out anyway, but knowing it was fixing to go up AGAIN just made us clear it out that much faster. So besides the random price hikes it was an ok place to use.”

“A great place to store a trailer and vehicle! We bought a boat in the area and we're going to travel Florida for 7 months. We traveled to Pensacola in our truck and Travel Trailer and needed a place to store them. We were FORTUNATE enough to find Out O Space Storage! They were able to accommodate both our truck and trailer in there parking area. The monthly price was VERY FAIR and the facility was great! Gated, and SECURE and beautiful shade from a huge tree in the middle. I was a little nervous about crime while we were gone but was assured that their are cameras everywhere and management walks the facility several times during the day. When we arrived back 7 months later, everything was in perfect order! We were so relieved that we had picked the right place and life was good. I highly recommend this storage facility and super happy with the experience we had here!”
