“Great place, never had any issues other than the grace period for double locking you if you are a few days late on payment. They never did that to me but they threatened it for being a week late when I was on the road. That being said though, I've dealt with alot of storage that change rates without telling you and this isn't one of those. Very friendly and accommodating.”

“So today is the 7th of November I rented a unit from Public Storage had no clue where my unit was even with a map. So I went to the office to get assistance Ms Michelle was in the office she was on a phone call, I could tell she was on the phone I waited patiently did not take long at all as she when I walked in let me know very pleasantly she was on the phone. Then we talked she met me around to where my access would be. Have some small talk she was great at explaining and showing me how freight elevator worked walk me to my unit. The time she took was used very well very informative she did a great job thank you Michelle”
“I recently rented a storage unit and Mike was so very helpful. When I called to arrange for a unit he patiently took the time to explain everything about two different sizes. When I picked up the keys Mike was again very helpful. He showed me the unit and how to use the lock and made sure I was comfortable locking/unlocking the lock. He was great!”

I was taping up the last box when they showed up at exactly what time they said and were super nice , which means as much to me as the work, which they were great at. “Extremely easy to rent online, got the code and the unit number and had zero issues getting in or out. They even have a circle lock vending machine in the office (which was extremely handy as it had completely slipped my mind). Four stars because there was a dead roach and a big piece of broken glass in our hallway, a couple of the lights are about to go out in our hallway, and there's a lip at the doorway (with a handtruck or dollies isn't impossible but is a huge nuissance when moving fragiles or heavies). Overall though I would recommend.”
