So far I've had a great experience with Storage Master's. Bianca was very responsive in answering the phone and telling me rates/availability which I felt were reasonable compared to some others and helped me get signed up same day.

I would like for the owner of this business to contact me as I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and this place is really falling apart and you have very RUDE maintenance guy that has already done this multiple times to myself and my guys. I’ve been here about 5 times this morning trying to get in and your keypad is messed up!

Awesome staff! I had a hard time finding a large enough climate controlled unit, Sam put me on a list when I called looking. Sam called me as soon as one was available. It is nice to have people who care enough to call you and help you get your stuff in a great clean center. Its gated, coded, clean and reasonable prices with employees who honestly look out for their customers. I highly recommend this place!

The employees are wonderful but the owner appear to be very greedy even with the Pandemic. I have not work in the dental office for the past 6 weeks, so screw customers. Late fee apply across the board.
