We have purchased several appliances from Tops with good luck. However in July 2024 we purchased a refrigerator $3200+ with the assumption it was a new (2024) model. Within two months we started having issues. Today is (01/31/25) and we are still having the same problems. Refrigerator turned out to be a 2023 model that was still sitting on the floor. Didn’t find out till we started getting GE to repair it. Refrigerator is unrepariable. My main issue is being sold a year old product without being told that. After close to a hundred emails, multiple phone calls, and multiple visits from the repairman, GE has finally agreed to replace the refrigerator. Nearly six months of arguing ,and partial use of a$3500 refrigerator to come to this point. Fridge is supposed to be delivered 02/20/25.

I needed a start relay for my refrigerator and they had one that was compatible.
Very informative, helpful, and friendly.
Reasonably priced and got the part on the same day.

I bought new Classic Speed Queen washer and dryer from Tops in Milton, Fl. Store personnel there are very friendly and helpful. My appliances were delivered today by Mark. He got my old LG washer and dryer loaded up and he hooked up the new Speed Queens. Mark checked both appliances for working order and went over the proper use selections with me.
He was very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Tops Appliances.

Apparently you can’t buy things when the lady is gone to lunch or whatever. No one else knows how to ring up anything. Very frustrating.

I brought my mom to Tops Appliance thinking it would be a better experience than the big box stores. She and my dad own a small business and we understand the value of supporting other small businesses. She spent $1500 on a speed queen washing machine. When it was delivered, the delivery person was trying to remove the old washing machine and had trouble getting it over the threshold so after roughly jamming the dolly twice over the threshold, it broke the right side of the threshold. Mom took pictures and sent them to Tops. The owner, Barry, told her they would not be fixing the threshold or any other damage. Never again will we give Tops our business. My parents run an honest business and if they mess up, they do whatever is necessary to make things right with the customer. We expected the same treatment from Tops. We were sadly mistaken.

My washing machine died on Christmas Eve. I called Tops as soon as they opened (8:05am) after the holiday and they had what I needed in stock and delivered it before 10:00am the same day! Can’t ask for any better service!

3rd Generation customer here. They are always friendly and great customer service. They go the extra mile, the big box cannot match. We have bought appliances and had repairs done. They stock a good selection of parts for repairs.
