My husband sent me to the store to get chicken and rabbit food. It was my first time at tractor supply and I had no idea what I was doing with what brand and had no idea how heavy the bags were going to be.
The employees Troy and Marcus were so kind, patient, and helpful (with my three young kids with me too).
Troy helped explain what the best value bags were and the benefits of our reward card -like free deliveries.
Marcus was so kind and helped me shop for the bags, pushing the cart, and helping me load everything into my car- all with a smile and helpful attitude.
I would have had to leave with nothing if they didn’t step in and help. What started as an overwhelming experience turned into a nice experience with an admiration for Tractor Supply. 10/10 recommend this location and their exceptional employees.

Love shopping here & always find what I need but last weekend the baby chicks of what they had left was very weak in poor condition an several dead that has been trampled on by the others lack of care by the employees do better takeing care of the animals they dont deserve that at least get the dead ones out of the stock tank people want a healthy bird an this is not buying conditions that people want too spend there money on !

They don’t accept returns outside of 30 days. For most of us life is very busy and this is a poor policy to have in place and unfortunately a reason not to shop at tractor supply in the future.

Friendly staff make this store a great place to shop, and the hardware, farm and garden supplies, and so much more including a lumber yard in the back, and mulch, tools, you name it, they probably have it. Everytime I have shopped there, if needing help there is always someone to assist. In fact I was hunting for a product one day and didn’t even have to find an associate to help me because, before I could ask, there was an associate asking me if they could help me find something. When I shared, they took me right to where the exact item I was looking for was! Now that is customer service!! You’ll enjoy your shopping experience here, whatever your needs are from hardware, tractor, farm, garden, to other supplies that are needed!

We bought a product online for in-store pickup and then we got here it was canceled because the inventory online was incorrect. The sweet ladies at customer service said one of their delivery drivers all the way to fort Walton to pick that item up for us and bring it back to the store! Always great service. Great prices and selection on dog food also!

Your company is not going to survive going this route with DEI. You just lost a lot of farmers and regular people, so go ahead and see if these 7% can keep you in business. There are lots of other places to buy from without all this LGBT nonsense.

I went to buy a lawn mower. The mower I wanted had a sale sign for $150.00 off. The employee came out and said the sale had ended. He snatched the sign off and said you don't get it for that price. He also couldn't answer several questions about the mower. Y'all can get my name and email address out of your computer system.
