We drove from Nashville and dropped off at the Milton Uhaul. The process was easy and seamless! Larry was friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had! Will be back when I need to rent a vehicle for moving again!

This Huge uhaul location always has what I need and when I need it!! Service is always above par!! I was in there Tuesday 2-20-24 and the young lady that helped me was Super!!

Always helpful staff here at the Milton location. Clean vehicle. The parking lot is a bit tight to get the larger truck pulled out of (due to the containers filling the front of the lot right where the truck was parked) once we got turned around having the old shopping center lot to turn in made it easier. Also had equipment on hand for additional rental - didn’t need this time but have made use of renting Appliance Dollies in the past.

Only good for regional managers. I called ahead prior to the store closing and propane shut off, got there on time, and was lied to so the workers could leave early. Terrible service by terrible liars.

I'm sorry to read this many 1-star reviews. I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service from this place. Jordan was super helpful and attentive (which is important during such a stressful time as moving). I had my storage unit rented in no time, AND at a great price (first month free!) In addition, I came back the next day to have a receiver hitch installed. Vince (I believe was his name) did a super job in about 35 minutes.I could not recommend more highly a staff and services as I received here. Thank you all!

What is the point of a reservation if they completly disregard them and do a first come first serve basis? So now i am paying the price of 2 units becausethey did not have any units in the size i reserved

I have a storage unit there. Tried to pay on line. Their site doesn’t allow it or it’s just not working. Tried to call to pay and phone doesn’t work. So now I have to drive there to pay. Ridiculous.
