I find this UPS to be a great location when I'm doing errands in Pace! The ladies, & gentleman, are always kind, professional & they're usually wuite busy, but they so a GREAT job of keeping everything in order & moving "onto the next". So they're FAST, but not so to where you're not aware of what just transpired, lol, it's happened elsewhere 🤷🏼♀️! I've also been there when it's been a bit more laid back & I feel thence had a GREAT STAFF, which REALLY matters these days!! So all in allz I totally recommend this Pace UPS & can say that in my many visits, theyre they're get everything done in a timely Manmer with a smile on their face & have always been knowledgeable about tbe many questions I"ve had, lol 😊!! TY!!

Seems like they’re always closed when I get there. Says close at 7pm and it’s 3pm and it’s closed. Not the first time this happens.

Address location is misleading. The point is inside Michaels, you have to find an employee, they check in your item, and give you a receipt.
