I have never met a lady that was so rude to the customers! I'm not sure who peed in her corn flakes this morning but I hope this lady has the day she deserves. If you don't like your job and insist on complaining in front of customers than maybe you should find a new one! Wish I could remember her name so I could actually file a complaint with the manager.

These women made my day today. I needed copies and originally went to office Depot. Well let's just say, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was not in a good mood when I arrived. I must say it only took 2 min for the ladies to help me and get it done. Omg they are so funny. Thank you for putting laughter in my day

Incompetent and rude women working here.
I had a return from verizon that I brought it. It literally said in my return instructions have the UPS store attendant scan the serial to begin the return, but for some reason, she couldn't do that, and at no point did she just pick up the scanner and even try to actually scan the items. She just told me they couldn't return it and didn't deal with verizon. Even though I had already spoke to a guy on the phone who I verified with before I went and it instructs me in my return to bring it to UPS store and they take care of it.
And sure enough, when I went to across town to the other location, they were able to start the return with no problem. The guy scanned the barcode, just like the instructions said, and it took all of 30 seconds. It is ridiculous that the woman couldn't even try to scan the items and just immediately said they dont take it rather than even trying, and instead of trying and listening to what I was telling her she just told me to leave and copped an attitude with me.
So because of this womans incompetance, I had to waste time and my gas to go across town to another location to have someone else do the very thing that was very clear in the instructions for her to do, that was literally as simple as picking up the scanner and scanning.

I’ve visited the 6223 US-90, Milton, FL 32570 location nearly 20 times, and it has become my go-to spot for shipping packages and returning Amazon items. I’ve witnessed them handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace, skillfully de-escalating issues while ensuring the customer leaves satisfied.
