Jeff was an amazing person. First off he went to back stock and pulled the item i needed out for me. Unfortunately verizon was down and we couldnt fill our UberEats order but never the less he was very kind and helpful. Another employee,william, was just as helpful. I hate that we couldn't fill the order but if you come in and jeff is there i highly recommend asking him for any help you need. I am sonhappy i met these men tonight. I guve them both 5 stars. I hipe you employee more just like them.

Just came for a vaccine and I will not be back pharmacist was so unsanitary handled my shot for about 10 minutes while on the computer with their bare hands then we get to actually doing the shot and they put their gloves on then proceeded to touch everything in the room open every cabinet and drawer l still can’t believe it. That defeats the whole purpose of wearing gloves in the first place.

They are constantly understaffed, and you have to wait in huge lines. They also fail to stock enough of a supply of popular medications, specifically mounjaro, and it causes constant frustration for my household, considering they are our insurance companies preferred pharmacy. They constantly feed a bs lie that they don’t get enough of the product, which we verified with the manufacturer, Eli Lily, is a lie. Eventually, we switched to Amazon pharmacy, and it arrived the next day, and it was cheaper. I’m done with this garbage Walgreens

I am about over this Walgreens bullshit. They NEVER order enough of meds I am in need of for issues that can kill me. Yet, I can NEVER get these meds on time. I am about ready to sue if I have to go to the ER again. Diabetes meds should ALWAYS be in stock. I shouldn’t have to spend a week or more trying to get my damn meds EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I can even start the week of my last meds and still takes that time plus to get the meds. I have had to drive to Pensacola for these meds.

Here is a crazy idea. Don't have your automated system call and say you're working on a refill for needed medication only to not have it in stock and not have even ordered it. I had to call and ask before they admitted it was not even in their work queue and they would have to order it and it would take several days. I was already late taking it because they kept saying they were working on it. Their system doesn't care about medication compliance and will trail you along making you late taking your meds and harm your health. they just don't want to lose the sale.

This Walgreens is horrible. Don't ever do a pick up order and add a prescription. There is NO difference in you going inside and standing in line to get your prescription then there is with pick up. This was a waste of time !! So frustrating why places gotta make it so difficult. They don't care about customers AT ALL!!

Prescriptions are ready but it takes either 20 minutes in the drive thru or 20 minutes standing inside in line. These people are incompetent, untrained and slow and rude!

Walgreens is more than just a pharmacy. While they are an excellent pharmacy, they are also a great place to shop! From snacks and food, to medical supplies, supplements and vitamins, over the counter medicine, a cigarette counter, make up section for ladies, and stationary, as well as personal care items, and even toys for the kids; you can find all sorts of things at Walgreens! And they usually have nice sales going on. Why, they even have a photo section for getting prints made of your favorite pictures. Cold drinks are nice too when you are thirsty, and all of their staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I asked for help and one of the staff went out of their way, stopped what they were doing and helped hunt for the product I needed until we found it. If you’ve ever shopped for supplements, it’s sometimes overwhelming trying to find what you need because their are so many different supplements to look through to find what you need. The associate with me stayed until we found it! What a great help she was!!! This is a great store, very clean and sanitized and excellent layout of the store for convenience in finding the section for your needs. I highly recommend Walgreens on the corner of Dogwood Drive and Caroline Street (Hwy 90) in Milton!

Literally the worst. Coming from a providers office trying to help patients!! Yall are awful. I spent over two hours on hold. Every time I called the hold time was crazy with one person ahead of me the whole time. Do not recommend.

This pharmacy is a joke. There are maybe 2 employees that are helpful, the rest don’t understand what is needed
I had an anti inflammatory prescribed, and the pharmacy tech wouldn’t fill it because of his worry for my kidneys.
The last fill was weeks ago, my insurance is covering it, my doctor prescribed it, give me a break.
I try avoiding this location at all costs.
