Everything is priced WAY too high. Not sure why inflation is affecting free stuff that is given to them ?♀️
I went in to buy a bowl and most of them were 8$ plus USED.
I could get a brand new one for cheaper or same price as Walmart.
I thought this was suppose to be a second hand thrift store to help others, I have a picture of most bigger jackets 40$ plus!!!!!
I won’t support this and hoping to post videos of prices.
I’d like to see the percentage of what actually is “going to the homeless” and what’s being pocketed.

Organized well. Friendly staff. ☺️
Stuff is priced way too high though. One example is they have used Pioneer Woman stuff for the same price you can buy it at Walmart brand new. I’m sure the money goes to a good cause though, so maybe that’s why.

This store has some nice items, some of which have prices I deem a little high for a thrift store. Shopping here does make a difference for a lot of hungry people.

Your prices are WAY too high for a thrift store. $5.99 for a used and scratched cook pot? $21.00 for a used plush dog seat? $2.99 for a used mug! I have seen the prices progressively increase since 2022 and considering all items you sell are donated, you should be ashamed selling used items at retail prices. Prissy Peacock consignment store in Pace has clothing cheaper than this Waterfront store. Feels like greed to me and I won't be coming back.

Know that before you shop at Waterfront that if it doesn't have a tag, they won't sell it to you.
I found the cutest little Stitch ornament that absolutely made my heart happy. When I told the lady that it didn't have a tag she RUDELY stated that she couldn't sell it to me then put it behind the counter. Didn't try to find someone to price it or anything.
As far as I'm concerned they lost a sale AND a customer.
FYI Goodwill WILL price an item at the register. Just saying.

I donate all the time to this store. They get items for free. I went in there the other day and the clothes were so expensive, I went to a more reasonable priced thrift store. I can shop at Ross, TJmaxx or Bealls outlet cheaper for new clothes by what they are charging. The person who is setting the price is crazy and I will never go back. I go there because I need to save money in this economy and they are losing their minds if they think an old dingy shirt is worth 5.99. They have a rack in there with name brands (still used) and they are charging 15-30 dollars for stuff. This thrift store has gone down hill and prices are too high.

Nice place from the moment I walked in. Staff were very polite, the selection inside is more diverse than I tend to see elsewhere, and it's good knowing that this business helps raise money for charity. With the junk I've been going through since moving to this area, Waterfront has been my personal go to for donating and the store itself is much cleaner and more organized compared to other small businesses I've been to recently. Whether you're looking to clear out your garage or shop for less, I definitely recommend this place.

My goodness that’s terrible these places are taking advantage of needy people like this, you can go to Walmart and buy new cheaper than buying things used here, I’ve been donating here for years and just stopped in and seen the prices I cannot believe this, I will not be donating anymore my family will not neither this breaks my heart Y’all are getting these things donated for free and your trying to get rich off poor people what a joke!!

Don't shop here people. Tried to charge someone for each individual dvd on a dvd set. No where in the store does it say $2.99 per dvd for a dvd set. It says $2.99 dvd/blu ray. Highway robbery at its finest. These items are donated to them and they sale them for outrageous prices. Plus they sale ripped, broken, or damaged items and still want to charge you the same price it has on it.

Has to be the absolute worst thrift store in nwfl. The staff is rude especially at the donation drop off and the store is filthy!!!! Worst customer service I've ever received and their prices are insane, you're better off buying new. I'll never donate or shop here again!!

Dropped off some items and went inside to find them set up for Christmas and they had a wonderful group of baskets which I needed, many at half price! Glad I went in!

Hardly a thrift store anymore. Prices have surged to absurd levels, with jackets priced as high as $70. Most people visiting thrift stores expect affordable deals, not retail prices. I think that point has been lost on them. Rampant greed has made this place a huge disappointment.
