My daughter and I was in the Dollar Tree today . One it is one of the cleanest Dollar tree store I have been in . The cashier who waited on us who's name was EL was the nicest and kindest young man I have ever had wait on . He needs to be commended young people today are just not that respectful he wii go far. Keep it up EL .

Went into the store with my kid today, 2429 US-1, Mims, FL 32754 on 10/23/24.
The one cashier was extremely rude.
I’m not one to literally ever hop on and give a bad review. But she made me feel bad for even shopping there. She had an attitude like how dare I make her ring me out. Which I didn’t even ask her to.. I waited until she could. Because she looked busy with stock.
As soon as she started walking up to the register, she asked me to “please put your stuff on the register.” Didn’t even give me a chance to do so seeing as I had to stop what I was doing to tell my kid to stop touching everything. (He’s 2 so of course he’s into absolutely everything)
Then she gave me all the attitude she had, it seemed. Rolling her eyes, looking me up and down rather judgmentally. I only had 2 items.
And then ignored that I handed her the change for the total. So I put the change on the counter so I can grab my kid’s hand so he’d stop running away from me.
And she started rushing me even more saying $2.50 ma’am.. repeatedly… so I said “yes, $2.50 right here.” And pointed to it while I’m still trying to contain my child.
Then with even more attitude, she says “oh well EXCUSE ME… I expected you to hand it to me.”
To which I just grabbed my bag and told her to have a nice day and moved on.
I honestly do try to give employees the benefit of the doubt because I’ve worked retail before… and they’re human beings too.. and retail can be stressful. But she was absolutely rude as all get out and made me regret even going there.
I will not be going to this dollar tree again.
I have no desire to. Not after how that woman treated me.
I will just go to another.
