My laptop keyboard stopped working and I took it to Douglas. I was quoted $60-$80. Once he had it, though, the estimate changed to $300. The excuse was that the keyboard was at the top of the case and it would take work to get to it. As if the keyboard would be anywhere else. Even though we agreed that it may just have been that the ribbon cable may have pulled loose, it wasn't checked. In fact I could find nothing that had been done, and it cost me $60 just to get the laptop back in the same shape. The invoice said I got a discount for paying within 10 days, but I got nothing there, either. The way the owner keeps protesting by expanding the post just makes me sad.

I was very happy to find someone reliable to work on my computer after it got zapped in a lightning storm. Although it couldn't be saved Eric was able to retrieve my photos and save them. He also offered to find another computer for me when I'm ready which was a really nice gesture. I was pleased with the time it took for him to check everything out, and it was especially helpful that he came to my house to pick it up! He was very professional and friendly and I will continue to use him in the future for my computer issues.

This guy is the best. I've been in business for 30 years, even before computers were used in business, and never have I found anyone who 1) is as prompt in service 2) knows more about software, computers and networks 3) is honest, reasonbly priced and caring, as Mr. Douglas. I highly reccommend him for your computer needs.
