I would have given them less than one stars if it was at all possible.
We have experienced safety issues (brake line, sway bar missing , tires that have tread peeling off as you drive down the road)
We have had to have slides repaired, toilet replaced, shower plumbing fixed, broken arms on bay doors, awning repaired and battery replaced. The list could go on and on.
Use extreme caution in dealing with this location. Management is very slick
what they say and what they do is not the same
Sure wish I was contacted by a member of there leadership team as others have been

Great salesman We were able to pick up the motorhome today after a couple of months of them working on it we’re forever grateful for what they did get done, but they still have a few things that need to be fixed.

Great experience from just looking to driving away with our new camper. Everyone we dealt with was professional and willing to work with us to get the camper we wanted. Huge shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond to make it happen!

The Service Department did a great job with resealing the exterior sides, cap, windows and doors. The staff was friendly and provided good communication throughout the process. Matt the tech met with me and went over the work performed, made sure I was satisfied and answered my questions. They also washed and detailed the rig before returning it. Great experience.

My husband and I have been looking for a replacement fireplace for our 2019 Montana. Nobody seemed to be able to help us. I went to different places. They would order the wrong one in the wrong size. Just could not get it right. So I walked in the door and Mike s came up to help me and he sat down and took the time to look to see what I needed. I had the serial numbers to find out that they no longer make that but he went on to see if he could find a replacement for it gave me the measurements. I went back to the RV and measured to see if it would fit in Wawa. Guess what? We have a fireplace again. Thank you guys!

I am greatly pleased with Christine, Brandon,Gabe, and Tommy who were remarkable and going out of their way to help me. More to come. Thank you This is now January I was missing 2 shades and tried several times calling and leaving messages with no return calls plus the camper I traded was to be paid off but I had to pay $111.00 they ordered the 2 shades and wanted me to pay $80 to ship them to me after I was told they would be sent free..It took my son calling and talking to James the manager that did me right. He shipped my shades I received them today. I want to thank James very much for being kind and considerate to me. I give him 5+ stars

Brandon and James were helpful beyond expectations. A last minute unfortunate event required us to request our refund back and there was no hassle and immediately credit pending in my account within 5 minutes of conversation. First class.

Very positive experience. Jalyn Sims was excellent in helping us find a travel trailer that fit our needs. Finance manager James Roig explained to us the next steps in financing. This is the second travel trailer that we have purchased from Optimum RV.

As a first time RV buyer I didn't quite know what to expect with this experience. But honestly I can say I will never set foot in the Titusville location again. I found a Keystone Hideout I was very excited about, and made an appointment online. As I was being shown my unit it was clear that the questions I had the salesman did not know the unit or how to work it. When we came in we talked numbers and was told that they would be able to finance me under a certain price they just have to wait for tomorrow to run my credit through the loan agents. Then they proceeded to charge my card for the deposit on the unit and told me they would call me back the next day to go over the specifics and details. Two days go by before I have to call my salesman just to be told he wasn't sure on the status and that he would check. I had to continue to keep reaching out to them because no one gave me any answers or call backs. A week goes by and I finally get another appointment. I go back in to be told they didn't even run my information yet and then I proceeded to wait another 2 hours. The financial advisor came back with numbers clearly above the paperwork that was signed and talked about (on sticky notes mind you) the week prior.
Fast forward to the walk through appointment and delivery date. When walking through the unit you can clearly see it wasn't properly cleaned like promised. There was a gogurt wrapper sitting in the bunk beds. As I was being shown the unit I asked about the solar hookup, they said they would get me more info and never provided. The unit was advertised as solar hookup ready, but no solar panels currently, when I was able to get on the roof after delivery there is a solar panel they didn't even know about up there. I asked where the inverter/converter was located and was shown 2 separate compartments it could be behind. I asked about the InterVac system and how it works and could not be given that information either. I honestly regret not recording the walk thru because as the service representative was showing me the outside of the unit he was explaining the water heater and couldn't get the spring to latch. He stated that a small tool set is essential to having a camper because some things come loose and that he would get it tightened down before SSA Transportation took it for delivery. I also noticed that one of the tires was flat and he said they could air that up before delivery as well. The Titusville store recommended SSA Transportation with Mr. Brazil, who delivered it safely to my residence. Upon delivery I noticed the water heater door missing and immediately called the Titusville store. They had me send over some pictures for the specific model and told me they would call again in a couple of weeks for pickup, and apologized for the inconvenience. A couple weeks go by and I get the call that my new heater door has arrived. I drove an hour to the store to pick it up to be welcomed by a disgruntled employee getting fired and 2 police officers called to support. When I talked to the service front end gentleman he said my part was there and that it was charged as internal so he just needs to verify that I can take it. Some older gentleman overheard the conversation and said that's due to an employee they just fired and that it needs to go through sales. 3-4 managers hopped in an office to literally argue about whether or not I get this replacement part for free. All while me and the service front end kid had to listen to them yelling over a replacement part for close to 10 minutes. A older lady comes out and then tells me I have to pay for the replacement part. I tried explaining what happened on the day of walk through and she stated that they can't prove I'm not lying or that that's what happened and that she will have to charge me for the part. I received the part number and will be doing all business elsewhere from here!

We just purchased a new to us Grand Design 5th wheel. After seeing the vehicle we were interested in, we inquired online. Brandon contacted us shortly after.
Brandon was extremely helpful. As we live about 300 miles from the dealership having someone that was very good and easy to contact. If he didn't know an answer he found it for us. Although the original 5th wheel didn't quite fit our needs, Brandon found one on the lot that did.
We were able to do the paperwork online and headed to Titusville to drop off our trade in. Even after we took our new Fifth Wheel off the lot, Brandon drove to a local campground to help us with a problem we realized once we set up there.
Thank you for all your help Brandon!

I was up in the air about buying an Rv for the last year now looking for the model that I liked the most also trying to make sure that the Rv fit my budget needs, Monique was my sales rep. And she was just fantastic the entire process her manager James was also very attentive and he was very nice he explained everything very thoroughly so I would understand. They both made sure I was well taken care of and made sure my 5th wheel was all taken care of and cleaned up with service, the service department was also very helpful and they move fast, highly recommend this dealer as we did have a very bad experience before at another dealer. THANK YOU guys and continue to do a great job !
