No stars ! They sold the wrong part for my truck, costing a disabled senior citizen 1300. The part almost blew my motor, melted fan wires, causing more issues. After FIVE months of BS, getting the run around, being lied to, they refuse to make good on THEIR wrong part they sold. Blaming anything but their wrong doing to a customer. All proof from dealership on the wrong thermostat, causeing it to burn out the cooling fans. I will NEVER buy from O'Reilly again. Worst customer service; apparently, they have no conscience about stealing money from a disabled Senior Citizen for a BIG error they made. Disgusting of a company and total abuse of power !

Went there for transmission fluid and was met with a horribly rude worker, Michele who belittled me for not knowing much about cars and what I needed exactly, eventually a very kind gentleman helped me out and I received what I had come for, of course after she had stormed off: I was very upset by this interaction because l've never had a problem at this store before now, I use this store often as does my family who lives in the area, and I'd hate to have an employee with a bad attitude run out more potential customers like I almost had done if not for the other worker helping me.

Was in the store in mims today and had a young lady brook at counter went well beyond what i expected to help me out as far as scanning the car and then spending some time discussing the car and she really knew a lot about hondas very helpful girl

Just went to this place in memes Florida to get a refrigerant for my car, as I enter the store nobody acknowledged they were all talking to each other nobody asked if I needed help and the guy young guy with glasses and long hair and hat he didn't even ask if I need help at the register and he was just playing around with something and next customer came and he helped him and I was just waiting on the line. Very bad customer service at this place I rather drive another 5 mi to discount or AutoZone. Train your employees who get paid by the customers to be a little bit more courteous.

Overpriced, a few of the staff are friendly, but for the most part, I do not enjoy interacting with the counter staff. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.
