I’ve been a regions bank member for almost 10 years and after this recent experience with how terrible the service and their timelines are I will never give this bank anymore of my business. Do yourself a favor and go to another bank.

They charge nearly $10 a month just to keep your account open and I had to put myself on the do not call list as I received multiple calls at all hours of the day asking if I was enjoying having an account with them. One of the worst banking experiences I’ve had.

Regions has closed the branch in the center of our town which means I either have to go to the Mims or the south Titusville branch. Mims is closer to my office and home. I understand about the Covid.I understand about all that but when I pull into the drive-through in the lobby is closed until further notice and there’s two lines in the drive-through open five deep and I can’t leave my deposit for my company because they’re about to close while I’m sitting there in line. They should quit advertising it they’re an easy branch to work with because I don’t believe that’s true anymore. They certainly weren’t helpful with the PPP loan program.

Don't know what y'alls problem is. Some of y'all can't even speak English. This is a great bank with the nicest people you've ver met. Great business as well. But some people just live to be upset and speak to the manager I guess.
