The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The oak trees and open space for the ceremony was the reason we chose black willow. The ladies at black willow were happy to help book my date. Although once they received all of my money it seems as if they immediately became unresponsive and unhelpful. Getting them to simply respond to text messages and phone calls were a struggle. When I did manage to get responses from them every conversation felt as if I was bothering them. As my wedding date began to near things got worse. One week away from my wedding I found out they had thrown away the charger plates they had agreed to supply. My family and I had to scramble to find enough charger plates by going to 5 different store locations across Brevard County. Not to mention the extra money I had not planned on spending. The day of my wedding very little extra effort was given to accommodate my wedding day. I walk in and I had to ask them to set silverware on plates that had been missed. They tried to blame me for not having extra when I did in fact provide them with a labeled box of extra silverware. It poured my entire wedding day. Therefore everything was confined to just the space of the barn. Trying to do first looks and all of the little things that happen right before your wedding while you have an entire barn full of wedding guests is quite difficult and even more difficult when the venue ladies are not willing to help. My bridal party and photographer were scolded for moving some empty barrels out of the background of what would be my first look with my dad. These ladies made my bridal party and photographer highly uncomfortable. I will say the venue ladies were quick to set up a temporary alter at the front of the barn. Which I am grateful for. But also felt as if they were doing the bare minimum of what is required of them. Their attitudes throughout the night definitely effected the mood during the wedding. This was just a few of the many examples of how rude and unwilling the ladies are. The venue was not cheap and I definitely expected more. I highly suggest to black willow to look into adding a space for photography under cover for rainy wedding days. This is Florida and weather is always unpredictable! Trying to do pictures in a barn full of wedding guests was extremely stressful with not the best lighting and no real backdrop. The ladies did offer for us to come back to take pictures on a different day but my whole wedding party would not be in town, hair and makeup not done etc. Plus after putting up with their attitudes the entire day did not make me want to come back.

Brittany & Kayla helped to make our wedding this past weekend everything we dreamed it would be. Everything was stress-free & the decorations were set-up just how I envisioned. The venue itself was a beautiful back-drop for our special day. I cannot thank them enough for being so easy to work with & making it a day to remember!

This is a great wedding venue and has a lot of ambience on the property from the pond to the old pickup truck and the barn facility Kayla and Brittney are great to work with. The offer a great value for what you get. Highly recommended.

There is no way I'd ever find this place without google maps. Tucked away in the back of a neighborhood, and just a little sign to indicate I made it, this place seemed pretty cool. I went for a dance recital. The grounds were beautiful. It appears there is only one way in and out and it is a one lane road. Lots of employees outside needed to direct traffic. If cars are coming both ways , prepare to wait and for tight spaces for cars to pass by. All of that is to say , don't arrive late, get to your event early so if you have to wait , you will still make it on time.

Really sweet, small, family-owned vineyard. We came during one of their day events. They had a cute market inside of their barn with local small businesses selling their goods, tons of food trucks, live music, and homemade sangria (their first batch, in fact!) and charcuterie boards for purchase. You could pick-your-own grapes for $20 a bucket (and the buckets were big!), but the staff let us know we could walk around the vineyard and taste as many grapes as we wanted for free.Looking forward to when they open their winery!

Beautiful little vineyard that just opened up! They will also soon have a winery! I had fun exploring the vineyard, trying some grapes and sampling their original batch of sangria! Wholesome family run vineyard.

My fiance and I are getting married there and it's absolutely gorgeous. They have a pumpkin patch they do every year and it's really nice and especially if you have kids it's a great place to take pics and get some pumpkins! I can't wait for the winery to open up and go stomp on some grapes! The videos and pictures I've seen from different weddings look absolutely stunning, and we both have wanted a barn wedding since we got engaged. Hopefully the new entrance will be up and ready before we get married to make access easier for everyone.

The property is stunning. I was so so excited to have my wedding there! I actually booked my event date with them 2 years ahead of time (2018), when they were first getting established as a venue. Over that 2 years of planning, their customer service just seemed to get worse and worse and worse... They had changed many of their venue rules over those two years (which was no problem), but I was supposed to be “grandfathered in” since my contract pre-dated those updates. They had also raised their prices significantly for new clients by the time my wedding rolled around (also, no problem and understandable). With that in mind, their mannerisms began to give the impression they resented hosting our event altogether... As the event got closer, they began to go back on things they had previously stated - while trying to tell me it had never been said, when I know for a fact it had (witnesses even verified). I was frustrated, but rolled with the punches and did not complain... They still became progressively less warm and kind, if anything, they seemed annoyed. When my wedding day finally came, they were minimally helpful and had not even properly cleaned the reception hall... Keep in mind, they claim to take care of allll the set up for you, so your day is “stress-free”. On my wedding day, I had to have my sister-in-law go around and clean all of the 120+ chargers on the tables, as they were clearly filthy. The outside cocktail-area was coated with cobwebs, I literally had to dust it all myself. We spent so long trying to get everything up to par (and never did), that it put us behind schedule with getting ready and photos, etc.. They were extremely cold to my wedding party, and myself, throughout the entirety of the day. There was no sentiment of care or desire for wanting to make the day special for the Bride and Groom, whatsoever. As someone who works in customer service and always goes above and beyond for my own clients, I was honestly FLOORED by their behavior and the way it tainted my entire wedding experience. It is clear they do not view their business as a labor of love....
