Very dishonest staff. Made a purchase for my husband. Stated to the guy behind the counter that I was a reward member next thing I know it popped up to enter my information and the screen cleared beforei could inter MY information. Then then it showed as cleared and being processed. I question the guy and he wouldn't answer me. I informed him that I was aware that he enteted his info and he didn't deny it. Lost our business.

They charge me coffee for my cups I bring in for Fountain drinks and just tried to use my points cause I have no money for a pizza for my family and they wouldn’t let me use my points

Would give less but I can't!!! Hurricane is hitting at 6:40 we are evacuating Orange County on the road n our RV our house the only thing we have to our names the roof starts coming off so we stopped by this 7-Eleven to ask if we can maybe sit here until we can get repairs made so the roof does not fly off and cause hazard to other drivers on the roadway they threatened to call cops and have us towed off then brought whole family over here talking about were threatening them and getting all around our family okay y'all can have that 7-Eleven I'm glad I'm not from this area cuz y'all are rude rude rude I'm talking about hurricane that we are under whatever it is where all tolls are suspended everything is free and y'all are saying that you're going to have our home towed because we can't move it because the roof is falling off and all we wanted to do was call corporate office and asked if it was all right if we could have it repaired there or worse comes worse have it towed ourselves back to our lot needless to say we lost most of the roof thank you more than $10,000 worth of repairs thanks a lot..hey, maybe a good story 4 the newz!?... dnt worry about it Welsh 2.., fox has our backs
