Today Jennifer and Romeo kindly helped my leave my old android behind and upgrade to a iPhone 15 Pro Max with AT&T service. They answered my endless questions and made sure I understood all the details of my purchase and made sure I received all of the discounts and promos. Extra care was given to retrieving my old data.
I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision.
In customer service I rate them at 11 on a scale of 1 to 10!!

Nason did an outstanding job in transitioning us from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14. But in addition to that, he’s the only person who brought to our attention a program for members 55 and older that saves us about 50% on our bill…I’ll wait to see what happens in my next bill, but that is very exciting to me.Thank you Nason!

No Profesionals and Always ask for other person Help, about Bussiness lines. Because of them Im paying triple the when I suppose to pay, and also they always have the perfect answer call Customer Services spend almost 2hrs at least trying solvent an issues. Everything start on November and they make you believe a price of course and I guess the commission make more sense. However right now I’m paying my full bill 1600$ thanks to them and the Amazing Advices and customer services… please ask more questions before you do something with your line they make me spend around 3000$ of they mistakes and me for believe.
