“We had a water leak that soaked the master bedroom 4 days ago. I contacted Mark's Floors along with 2 box stores that advertised July 4th Sales up to 75% off of installation. Day 2: Marks was able to come measure the room and provided a proposal later that day, which included the military discount. Others came out on Day 3 and the quotes were substantially more (The July 4th Sales gimmick only applied to > 1,800 sq ft.) I contacted Marissa and set up an installation appointment for this morning: Day 4: Installers Gary and Ivan were very prompt and professional. They also moved the furniture back in place. I was Very Impressed with Everything about Mark's Floors: Exceptional Customer Service from the Staff Employees, Installers and the owner. I know who to call!!!”

“Me and my wife decided to get rid of 2 rooms of old worn carpet and do laminate floors for ease of cleaning. We stopped into the store and talked with Frank. Frank took the time to show us what he had for our needs (water resistant and pet nail resistant).We put down a deposit after he came to our house and measured the rooms. A few weeks later Chris and Samantha came and installed both rooms over a 2 day period. They were very nice and did a excellent job. Very articulate and did a nice clean up when finished. I had them do the quarter round also and they even did all the caulking when it was done.They let us do as much as we wanted to save money so we took the old carpet and tack strip out and got rid of it. Also I painted the primed quarter round. They were very easy to work with.They did such a good job we had Frank come back over and were getting some other flooring supplies to replace the stuff the last owner put down and this should hold us over till were ready to have the great room redone in a year or two.Highly recommend and will be using them again!”
