I can not share the the true feelings for James and Michelle at Cremation Choices. They have helped us through 2 of our Family members with kindness and first class service. we have changed several things and they have been wonderful. Michelle hats off to your extra effort in the obituaries. truly something priceless. Thank you again for our family to yours.

My daughter and I visited for help. Michelle's positive attitude and sincere approach with our problem figured out what we needed to do, cost, and offered to let us know when she would receive the papers we needed. I do appreciate her understanding and aid in my sad time. Thank you.

Cremation Choices is remarkable! My spouse died suddenly and I was a wreck. They were not only compassionate but also respectful. When I walked through the door, James was friendly, attentive and generous as he answered my questions, made the calls needed, and consoled me. Michelle was very thoughtful and gracious in handling all of the details, making sure that I was ok at each step. In the days leading up to the funeral, they were kind and efficient as I contacted them for additional items and reviewed details. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care and kindness that is the hallmark of these individuals. They are a credit to the funeral service!

Michelle Olson was very sweet and I can tell that she has a beautiful heart. However, we did not have a similar experience with other employees. James Malloch told one of our family members not to bother showing up to their parent's cremation if they didn't sign a paper. That is not the proper way to treat or talk to a family that is grieving. I hope you don't have to experience that same nastiness, attitude, and treatment when one of your parents passes away. Please be more empathetic and patient going forward.

If I could give this 100 stars I would. We lost our son recently in a tragic accident and simply felt so lost. Jim and Michelle were so wonderful, walking us through the steps with kindness and compassion. Our family can’t thank you enough for your support.

I am so thankful to have met James and Michelle. When my brother passed away, I was not sure what I needed to do. When I came in, I was greeted by James, he was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He went over the entire process. He made it so simple without any kind of stress. I made multiple calls today to make sure I was making the right decision for my Dad. This is one of hardest calls I've EVER had to make. After speaking with Jim.. I knew this was the right place. He answered all my questions- all 50 of them. He put my devastated heart at ease knowing his family owned company was going to take care of my Daddy. My Mom called Cremation Choices early in the morning.. but I wanted to call to make sure I had the same feeling My Mom did. Jim earns 5 stars based on his kindness, compassion, and knowledge. Cremation Choices was so understanding,Compassionate and real through our process. When you lose a loved one you mentally are just not thinking clear and have so much going on that planning a funeral or going through the cremation process seems dreadful and stressful. Nice place, a lot of space, very clean and organize, very nice colors, great acommodations for any special needs, great prices for any budge, their employees are very nice, very polite and always welcoming and pleasing every single guest that came, I really apreciate the great service and how everything when thru, I really recommend cremation choices to anybody.

My Father died suddenly at 62 years of age; I was taking care of him last three years due to alziemers disease.Our family did not see this coming. On short notice we employed the sevices of Cremation Choices in Minneola florida. This service was fantastic.While it pains me to write this and the suffering I feel and will feel for years to come... I have to say that there was no better company and people to do buisness with. I was not pressured or forced into anything. They treated my father with dignity and respect.Finally their prices are affordable for all the services they provide.There is no other choice to make if you need to make a decision like this. At one of the worst times in our lives, when every decision seemed overwhelming and our loss unbearable, Charles Becker and his staff helped us navigate very difficult waters with tremendous compassion, caring and knowledge. He made the decision making process very simple and took over the care and worry of seeing all the details coming to fruition so all would go smoothly. As that burden was lifted from us, we could spend our time focusing on healing as a family as we mourned the loss of our loved one. My family is very grateful for that and recommend Cremation Choices to all who want the best care for their loved one and themselves during a very emotional and difficult time.
