Tried calling but it is impossible to speak with a real person. You are forced to go back and forth with an awful automated phone service. Can’t stand it, it’s horrible. Let me speak with a real person for God’s sake. Would give zero stars if I could.

I had a great experience at CVS in Mineola. Anabel was friendly, courteous, and very easy to talk to. She went out of her way to be helpful and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service!

Expensive passport photos, 16$ for 2.
Could not use them because the background was light blue and it has to be white, I wasn't charged for them.

The pharmacy people are pleasant. The drive tru line may take a while sometimes, but in-store is a little faster. The pharmacist is always kind and explains medications and contraindications with patience. No long lines or long waits.

Typical CVS. It is a bit dingy and worn.
6-15-24 updating review: The pharmacy was not open because they could not staff the location. Employees do not know when they will have a pharmacist come in. Their corporate communications with their employees obviously leave a lot to be desired.

9:57 p.m. she literally closed the doors and locked it. I just pulled in the parking lot my lights were on and she pretty much ignored and proceeded locking it. This is a multi billion-dollar company. If it says on the internet it close at 10:00 p.m. then you should close and lock the doors at 10:00 p.m. not 9:57pm. All I wanted was some milk. Technically that's false advertisement you close too early
