My kids have been getting their haircuts here for about 2 years. Never had a problem until yesterday. My son asked for a trim and the stylist (new Asian) practically shaved all his hair off. The other stylists have been great

The “manager” psychotically chopped my hair after I complained that she cut my bangs so terribly and uneven. She was truly psycho and rude and didn’t even try to be good or helpful and had the audacity to care when I asked nicely for her to fix my bangs. Which she made worse. I asked for long face framing curtain bangs and she gave me bangs cut to the middle ofMy forehead that stick straight out because they’re so short. Appalling. I will be contacting corporate.
