They say a business is as good as it’s employees. That would make the Highway 27 and Washington in Minneola location the absolutely best because of Sherry and Moo. They keep the food fresh and current. They care about their customers and definitely go above and beyond. They make each experience a pleasure. Race Trac you have not just hired employees, you have hired ambassadors.

They trespassed a guy asking for refund after he was over charged for his coffee. I didn’t know racetrack was that shady.

These stores are being run by fraudulent management. I was charged tax on an item that was exempt from tax.

They charge sales tax on coffee. When you go back for a refund at the advice of the Florida Department of Revenue, they call the sheriff and have you tresspassed from the property. They don’t give the tax back and if you set foot on the property you get arrested.
The sheriff’s department is complicit in helping RaceTrac steal from its customers. Avoid RaceTrac stores, they’re over charging customers then calling the sheriff and threaten you with arrest when you try to get your money back.
Shameful stuff.

It's my favorite race trac, they always have great customer service, always a smile for the customer, and the Indian girl who makes the pizzas is very nice.The blonde girl too, well so far I have no complaints about any of the staff at that store

First and foremost I wish to thank Cameron. I was attempting to buy gas using the app using a reward I had earned. The app was not functioning correctly, And even though he had a line out the door, Cameron kept his cool and provided amazing assistance to me. After the fiasco with the app, I was so frustrated I was ready to never return to a Racetrac, but Cameron worked with me and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Cameron.

Second time I’ve been to this location with a line 10-15 people deep while the store manager stands there talking to his friend or stocking things instead of helping cash people out .

As a Rewards member and frequent shopper at Racetrac, Kevin at the Minneola, FL was the most rude employee ever.
I purchased gas paying at the pump, went in to purchase a slushy for both my daughter and myself.
Kevin was our cashier. Refused to give me my rewards discount charging me my full price. When I shared with him he was not charging me correctly, he continued to be rude saying do I want to see the screen and printed out a receipt although I did not ask for one, then he walked away from the register with a sarcastic tone saying, have a blessed day.
This kind of attitude wasn't at all garnered. Kevin was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I understand things are tense after Milton and some customers are probably not kind, however if this is allowable, I will make it a point to never purchase anything from this location again.
When other patrons and employees are saying Kevin was rude, it's what it is.
In addition, if Racetrac is going to charge 2.14 for two small blushes, they should be consistent with all patrons as they often are not.
This will be followed up with the general manager of this location as the customer service line has me on eternal hold.

I always have a good experience at this Racetrac! The staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The store has a great variety of products, good coffee, and a great rewards program which gives me a free coffee everyday. Definitely the best Racetrac in the area. Five stars well-deserved!

I want to leave a negative review at a RaceTrac where I go twice a day, and despite most of the employees being friendly, I have encountered a racist employee on several occasions. It's ironic because the majority of their customers are Hispanic. I understand that ID is required to purchase cigarettes or any other regulated product, but the problem arises when the manner in which it is requested is incorrect. They are in urgent need of training!
