“Estes was used by the manufacturer's request. The updates, timely responses, tracking & delivery time were all top notch!! The only problem was when delivery arrived exactly when they said it would, shipment was damaged ☹️. I really needed this product while the weather was still decent (& it took quite awhile to even get this product.. .The fault lies partly on manufacturer but, mainly on me) ... $3k worth of stainless steel damaged straight down the middle of the product. I've never dealt with this type of product so, I honestly couldn't access the damage to be salvageable or not. All that I am certain about is that repairing stainless steel is beyond my skills capabilities. I truly wish I could've accepted delivery as is, cause having to refuse delivery due to the damage was extremely disheartening. Delivery was rejected, Nov 4th. I will make an update with how things go moving forward gettin a replacement product. Hopefully will also be able to update to 5 stars.. . . soon I hope.”

I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging.
It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us .
His attitude and professionalism are exemplary .
