Very kind and friendly people. Helped me connect the trailer and ensured I knew how it all worked. Informed me of the after hours return procedure. The trailer was just what I needed and in great working condition.

We dropped off a trailer here over a weekend/after hours (as far as we know, according to/following all the rules) that we had driven in from out of state. Several days later, we got charged another ~$30 for "late dropoff." To be clear: we *might* owe this money. If anyone could return our messages or voicemails, we would know if this money was rightfully or wrongfully charged to us, but since no one will return the multiple messages from my husband, I guess I will never know?

I know for a fact I fueled the truck up before it was dropped off. They said it was right under the line. They charge $9 a gallon. Pinching every penny you have here. Not pleased. The people are kind, but it doesn’t sit right when you feel ripped off. They also don’t provide a ramp for the truck. The cab seats were swarming with tiny bugs. (Tape your boxes tight)

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I returned the Uhual truck a little less than 2 hours after I picked it up at a different Uhaul location. Due to the timeframe I had to return the truck after hours and leave the keys in the drop box. The truck was in immaculate condition and fueled above required amount. I called the next morning to verify that everything was good to go and as soon as I asked about the the truck he immediately insulted me by asking why did I park the truck in a parking spot near the building. He said I could have parked anywhere in the yard so common sense should have told me to do so. I am a retired Ground Transportation Element Chief of 23 years in the US military. I personally oversaw his job along with other logistics sections for majority of my career. Where And how I returned the truck was exactly how it should’ve been done to streamline the return process more effective and efficiently. With no instructions of where to park the vehicle and specific instructions on how he’d like his vehicles returned I did what has worked for the military for over 20 plus years and he was very sarcastic and unapologetic. I will never visit this establishment and I pray that if you decide to your experience is better than mine.
