“I used the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) feature of getting offers from three dealers to purchase my 2023 Mazda Miata RF Grand Sport. KBB provides a purchase dollar amount. I went to Thurston first, Michelle took some pictures, made a phone call and provided a price. The price was higher than the price provided by KBB. This all only took about five or possibly ten minutes at most. I had previously gotten a trade-in offer from a new car dealer (Thurston's offer was more than 20% higher). After leaving Thurston's, I drove to a new car dealer provided by KBB. The evaluation and offer took over 30 minutes and their offer was almost $2,000 less than the KBB purchase price (Thurston's offer was over 9% higher). There was a third KBB dealer listed, but I elected to skip them and go back to Thurston. Michelle cut a check in a couple of minutes and Andy Thurston drove me home. A totally painless transaction, which is not what I have experienced with almost all other dealers. I highly recommend Thurston Auto and RV Sales.”
