It is 6:44 PM about five minutes ago. A driver for the US Postal Service in Mineola pulled right in front of me as I’m traveling south on 27 going to speed limit and he or she was not clearly. When I went around Them and blew my horn because their maneuver was very unsafe. They flash their headlights at me and then rode my tail. Teacher drivers to be better!

Just moved to the area and I send out a lot of packages every week. The people here are so rude. Like every single employee. Not even exaggerating. I came here like 5 times and I’m over it, I’m about to go out of my way to the next towns post office because they just suck here

The white male who works at this location is the most rude individual I have ever met. There’s a woman there and a black male who are always so welcoming and kind. This white male is disrespectful, doesn’t smile, doesn’t know how to communicate effectively and gives off the worst kind of energy. Being a daughter of an AVP of labor relations at the post office for over 40 years, you truly are why, people don’t want to associate with sending mail out through USPS. It has been years and he has never changed into a nicer individual. Something as simple as, I placed every stamp on my invites to go out and he tried to tell me he could not send them because they would get stuck in machines because of a flat wax (almost everyone does this), even though the post office by my job in another city who gave me the stamps said it would be okay, and he gave me an issue. I think not but also, speaking to me respectfully like a normal decent human, would be great. This isn’t the first time but it is definitely my last time coming to this location. He is not a nice human being. I understand tough days but not every day needs an attitude.

This Place has some issue with people that bring lots of packages or mail at the same time for example…I’m a seller and sell lots of things online so back to the topic… I drop off lots of packages or mail at the same time and they ALWAYS Has some excuse for me to not drop off lots to their location they always have an issue especially two Female employees inside that USPS. But THEN I drop it off at the other usps that’s located in downtown Clermont and ask them if there’s something wrong with my packages They tell me that there’s nothing wrong! Any package that has a prepaid label should be accepted! Without any excuses!!!! They really don’t like working at this place so screw them. Already reported them to USPS

Yoly was awesome. She was helping a customer with a complicated issue, and she was very thorough and patient the entire time. She stayed focused despite a line growing outside the door, staying dedicated to her customer without rushing her along. During my transaction she was very kind and helped me with exactly what I needed. She made sure to ask if I had anything additional I needed during my visit, stamps or money orders. Though I declined today I appreciated it. Every time I’ve visited the Minneola location she’s been a great help. Thank you!!

The staff is only concerned about closing office on time. They don't want to help instruct how to fill out the form correctly. After we fill out the form, they close the door and blame us too slow. The worst servive ever.

Most of the time when I walk in to get a receipt for my prepaid packages the guy on the right side is on his cell phone. He will tell you repeatedly you can scan them on the machine in the lobby and get a receipt. I have told him many times I prefer to have it scanned inside. Besides if I don't give him anything to do he would just be on his cell phone all day long like a 15 year old girl. The supervisor there is rude, bossy, always has a mean face and never says thank you or excuse me. Quan is the only nice , professional person there. He is always helpful, professional, smiling and has a positive attitude. He should be the supervisor !

Customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t go back. Rude & abrupt is the vibe I got from both of the gentlemen working today. Asking questions seems to be an issue for them. I will go somewhere else.

Worst post office. Can not believe the Post Master allows this type of rude unprofessional customer service. They act like it’s a privilege and we are bothering them to use this post office. You ask them a question regarding packages that leave from this post office and they act like they have no clue. We are on the same side. If you hate your job don’t take it out on people trying to use this service. By buying postage we are paying your salary. Act accordingly please.
