Have a prescription that I have to call to refill and every time I call to refill it. When I do I get put on hold for 30 minutes and sometimes they don’t fill it and have to start the process over. Currently been on hold now for 30 minutes

Rude pharmacy techs/staff. They have zero empathy when dealing with people that NEED medication. Prescription takes forever to fill and all around unhelpful with short answers.
