Let me start by saying my nails look beautiful and she did a great job. However when I walked in the sign said $45 for dip and $50 for dip and removal of old dip. Standard price totally normal. I had half my old dip still on from my mani 2 weeks ago so nothing crazy. As we were sitting I expressed that I like when my cuticles are cut down. My cuticles were nothing crazy as you can see in attached photo. (Dark color is old, pink is new) As the manicure ended she did not lotion or massage my hands and I thought that was weird but whatever maybe they were on a time crunch. I go to check out and my total was $60. I asked why it wasn’t $50 like the sign and she and her male coworker said it’s extra for my cuticles to be cut. Since when was that not included in a manicure?!?! Not to mention my cuticles weren’t much to do! I was shocked but checked out. As I was checking out their machine wasn’t working so she had me pull out a few different cards and then said I have to select one of the up options. The lowest option was $8. I gave her a $5 tip and left with my damn near $70 dip manicure with zero lotion or massage. Is this the new normal. Never in my life have I paid so much for dip and had to pay extra because cuticle cutting isn’t included. If money isn’t a problem for you then definitely go here because like I said she did an great job and they’re beautiful I was just thrown for a curve ball paying almost $70.

Would not recommend. They quoted one price on phone and much higher in salon. Place was dirty and the quality just wasn’t there.

This is my preferred salon whenever I am in town. I have tried a few others and always come back here. Family owned and run. Super friendly and attentive. No issues communicating with any of the technicians. I usually get pedicures, but I have been happy with my dip manicure as well. No surprises with the prices either. Convenient hours too!

They’re definitely rather rude here at 98 nails. Should have known with the tacky name! And the lady who did my sisters pedicure had one of those grater things and just about made her come up out of the chair it hurt so bad! It was an awful experience and no one should be in pain getting a pedicure. It’s supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable!!! Never again! Don’t go save yourself the miserable experience and read the reviews! They need to shut the doors!

What a great place for pampering. Professional, clean in a great friendly atmosphere. I had Minh do my pedicure. His foot massage won't disappoint.

The worst Salon in Destin. Very very slow took 2 and half hours for pedi and mani , they are very rude to the my elderly grandmother . They kept walking away and making my grandmother wait and wait. Some many other places in Destin. Go elsewhere .

Went in yesterday for a fill and pedicure. Hands down the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. My nail tech was awesome too!! Will definitely return next year when we are in town.PS. Massage chairs are AMAZINGServices: Pedicure

I am on vacation and I needed my nails filled in and I have one broken. I called and asked if they take walk ins today, the gentleman that answered the phone said yes. I get there and ask for a fill in, and say I just called. The lady immediately says no walk ins. I think I have an idea why but I won’t indulge. I don’t recommend this salon. The customer service is bad.
