By my count, having been to this location a handful of times now, exactly two actually nice people work here. I hope you run into one of them. As for me, there’s a bigger and better Ace down the highway a bit that is much more pleasant…I’ll stick w them.

Needed slats for a twin bed. Didn't expect they'd have ANY dimensional lumber, but they did! I was able to get the needed 1x4 slats--which they cut to the needed length! Every time I encountered an employee, they asked if I needed help finding anything.
Shopping at this ACE reminded me why shopping locally is worth bypassing the big-box stores.

Ace is not the place, this store has some great employees kind and courteous BUT the company itself is awful. This store lacks knowledge of the things they sell and their own Rewards app. Their rewards program is a scam, their coupons exclude everything. They want you to buy everything online or offer nothing to customers that are on jobsites buying products in store. I guess I'll stick with Home Depot spend my money there.

Top level customer service. The close closes at 5pm which i thought was a little early for a Wednesday evening. I arrived at the place at 5:02pm and doors were locked. Someone of management level noticed I just arrived and opened the door to allow me to buy what I needed. He even brought me right to the area where the products were. Very thankful for the great customer service. 5 Stars all the way.

Came into ace hardware today 1/18/2025 to top off a 10 gal propane tank the guy was already outside finishing up with a customer in a motorhome so he proceeded to fill my tank I'm watching the meter and he stopped on 4 gallons. Wrote the amount on a ticket and I went inside to pay. He wrote 4.8 gallons on the ticket. I told the lady inside it was the wrong amount and she didn't seem to care charged me for 4.8 gallons didn't bother to call the man outside. So if you need propane watch what their doing or go somewhere else. That's what I'll be doing for everything I need.
