I had the best time at this store on the morning of 9/5/25. My fiance and I had last minute engagement photos scheduled that same day while we were on vacation in Destin. The girls (I wish I remembered their names!) helping me were the sweetest and helped me find two beautiful outfits for our photos. They even offered to steam both of them for me which was so thoughtful.

Went Into shop for my 1 year old niece and was greeted very rudely by two employees that were closing 09/02/25 roughly 7:30pm and they stated that they closed at 8:00pm as they were other customers that just walked in and they did not mention anything to them. I highly recommend if you would like people to buy products there you have better customer service or more friendly employees. Will never be back to shop there ever again.

Went in and asked for the employees help grabbing a high item whenever he had a second . He says yeah sure no problem . So I stand around waiting for a few minutes which is no big deal. He gets done with who he’s helping and immediately puts the hook back up and goes back to returning misplaced items around the store. So I grab the hook to get it myself and he rushes over to grab it back . I don’t care if they don’t have time to help customers , but if you don’t have time at least tell me or let me grab it myself.

Terrible. I looked through so many items and every single one had at least five of each shirt or dress size small or extra small…
After trying on different things and being there for 30 minutes with no one asking If I need help, only staring me down, I ask if they had a medium in a dress I tried on. The girl rolled her eyes at me and then proceeds to say the only dress we for sure have a medium is the one hanging by itself on a rack…. Out of this entire store she could only point to one ugly dress hanging by itself that was a medium. I will never be back and I loved this store in the past.
Clearly buy more sizes people buy because noone is buying your 3000 size smalls.
It’s 2025 and I want nothing to do with a store who can’t even have my size (medium!) because I have boobs. Pretty sure these random good comments are from people they paid or asked specifically after the negative comments. It’s a shame bc this store has so much potential and I was there to shop and spend money…

We were visiting for vacation and stopped in on the way to dinner. They had a HUGE sale selection, and I ended up getting 2 dresses for great prices. ALL the employees were so sweet and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and they already had tons of Christmas merchandise out and were playing Christmas music. Such a fun and pleasant experience!

Visited in June while on vacation. Excellent customer service. The dressing room was gorgeous and the employees were so accommodating and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I enjoyed shopping here

I want to give a huge shoutout to Karli, a manager at the Altar’d State Grand Boulevard location in Destin, FL. During my vacation, I found a shirt I loved but couldn't buy due to luggage space. After returning home and discovering it was an exclusive item only available at the Destin store, I called and spoke with Karli. She went above and beyond, coordinating with her support team to ship the shirt to me and even included a special note. Thank you, Karli, for your exceptional customer service and support. I’m thrilled with my shirt and truly appreciate your help!

My new favorite store!! The girls were so sweet and happy to help me, everything they did was with a smile! I live an hour away from this location as it’s the closest to me but the store and employees are so worth the drive!!!

I went to this location a little over a week ago during a work trip from NYC. I had never heard of the brand before and loved the store, the clothes and the divine smell the store had upon walking in! I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Lynne. I told her what I was looking for specifically and didn’t have much time to browse and look around. I told her I’d be back later and when I returned, she had found a dress exactly along the lines of what I was looking for. I tried it on and it was perfect! She was so very sweet and we had a great interaction. You have a new client with me!
