Raul and Sierra were The best employees that I could possibly run into. They helped me find exactly what I needed and encourage me to try on different sizes to find what fit me best. What a fun time I had in this store and I especially love the Halloween decorations and good vibes. I will for sure be back. Love y’all.

The staff here is so helpful, welcoming and excel at customer service! It makes the trip worth it instead of ordering online. Also my husband loves their shirts and swim trunks. Worth the price as they last a lot longer than the cheap ones.

What a great place! The girl working there today was super friendly and helpful. Obviously they had plenty of shorts, but I was hoping to see more shirts there.

Recently shopped at this location and was served by a young girl. Special buy 2 regular prices items and get $10 off. The one pair of shorts were out of stock so I had to order them at 79.50 pretax no issue with price at all. Then I purchased another pair at 79.50 in store and a swimsuit that was 20% off. No $10 off for me apparently because I had to order the second full price pair. My issue is with clerk I asked if I could get a free drink bottle in addition to the coozies to make up for not getting a discount. Mind you these are given as free gifts. She said no I explained I had made 2 purchases. She still refused. You as a company may be proud of her for this but I will shop for my grandsons elsewhere going forward. Thank you no thank you

Mattie Smith and the rest of the staff at this location are excellent! They have the best customer service of any store in that shopping center by far! So bright and cheery. Genuinely nice people who know their products and brand and seem to love their jobs and customers. I bought more than I came in for, because they were so attentive and kind! Well fine, Mattie and crew!

I visited the store to exchange some shorts on the 4th of July and the gentleman named Alex there working was incredibly helpful and an overall joy to be around. Excellent experience!

I bought a pair of swim trunks on 6/25, and went back to the store on 6/30 to buy some other stuff. The guy behind the counter took about 20 minutes to ring up 2 items and people are lined up waiting. I get up to the counter and asked the guy about the now 40% off and asked if I could get the difference back from the ones I bought less than a week ago. He told me that I could, but I would have to bring the shorts back in. I explained to him that I already wore them, and had the receipt. I then ask if I could just buy the same swim trunks, and then refund them back to my original receipt to which he said yes. After 20 minutes of ringing my stuff up. I asked him to go ahead and refund the swim trunks, and he says he can’t after he said he could. I just had him refund the swim trunks back to the receipt today and left. Someone needs to train the staff better.

If you want to actually go to a Chubbies Store to find your shirts and shorts, this was a nice little shop that had as much variety as the on line store, and more. It was a little far out, but there were lots of restaurants and an outlet mall on the way. Chubbies was also in a very nice shopping area. If you are a shopper, you will not be disappointed with the whole area.

Went in there on vacation last month to try and get some shorts and a polo. The guy working there was incredibly overbearing and over talkative and wouldn't let me walk around store to shop. Asked me and I quote: "if I grew my beard myself and that he went to the same college as me" and I'm from Ohio. I worked in retail for 5 years, he really needs to relax and let people shop and not follow them around like he has them on a leash. Would have loved some shorts and polo, I will take my business elsewhere.
