Most CVS stores have a lot of bare spots on shelves. It's particularly frustrating when their web site says that they have something only to find empty shelves. Fortunately found what I needed at nearby Winn-Dixie.

Worst service ever! Just came to check on a prescription and was the second car in line at the drive-through. Sat for about 20 minutes behind the car being helped. When we drove forward, the lady lowered the metal gate and was looking at us as she did it!!!! It was 1:32 pm when we pulled forward!!! I guess it was her lunch??? She could have at least said something!!! This is not the first problem we have had with this pharmacy. They have given us the wrong person's prescription before. We will be moving to another location now.

This place don't do passport photos and they send you to the one on Holiday rd where the cashier Kenya excuse is that she's not a professional and she doesn't care so you will pay for even if photo is terrible and if she has to take another picture you will pay again and no refund. She would not even show you the picture before printing those. Just terrible

This is not a 24 hour pharmacy. The store is open 24 hours the pharmacy is not. Horrible bathroom odor!!!!! Get ready to vomit!!! One lady went into the men's bathroom because the woman's smelled so bad. Prices miss-marked in system so watch your receipt items rang up incorrectly and overcharged of course.

Always friendly and helpful service at this pharmacy over the years. I'm on a number of RX's and never had any issues. Service at the pharmacy is as good as it can get.

This is the worst drugstore ever for customer service . Ran out of the medicine i needed and would not help to transfer the prescription to another store. It was going to take 5 days to get the medicine i have to take daily. Ridiculous! Asked to speak to manager and was told not in for anothe 6 days? So who is running the store? I am moving all my prescriptions from this CVS location. I will never spend another dime there or any CVS location again! I will tell everyone i know of my experience and ask them to move their prescriptions. I am also going to start a social media campaign to take business from them. To tell a customer you are out of medication that is needed daily and then not be willing to help transfer the prescription or borrow the medicine from another store is horrendous! Total BS. Poor management to allow a store to run out of medication that is e'scripted to a store and you cannot transfer. Now i am out for 5 days and they didnt even notify me until i came in to pick it up. They were just going to not tell me and hope i wouldn't notice. WHAT! I am on this medicine for a reason. Cant go without taking it for 5 days. This location is the worst drugstore i have ever seen! I hope everyone will read this and if i can just influence a few people not to trust CVS and particularly this location it will be worth it. I know they probably wont even care enough to respond to this posting or even care to. But that is what corporate drugstores like this one have come to. They dont give a da...about customer service anymore. Again they will never get a dime of my money again for what its worth. Just saying "sorry" doesnt cut it when a persons life and well being is at stake. So just go to an emergency room they say if its that important but that cost hundreds of dollars. Why not just keep the medication in stock? Poor management practices and all you can say is sorry? Terrible location. Never going back and i hope whoever reads this will do the same and save themselves a big headache. They WILL screw up again!
