Very polite and helpful staff at the register and the in store staff to help locate items in the store. as well
Also helpful staff in the pharmacy to find over the counter meds and of course...the pharmacists.

Start office to the CV s by the Post Office website had a State said that they were a service provider To drop packages I babe didn't go back on the USPS site and it said CV S at 130 scenic Turns out the drop box was on the other side. I then had to go back in to put some money on the cash app in which they refused and kick me out of the store because They said with policy not to load Cash App from 10 PM to 7 AM and I asked to see the policyThey are very rude in that store I've never had good service From either one of the Old bitties that work the night shift. If i could leave no stars that still would be too much

The store is open 24 hours. The pharmacy closes at 8 p.m.. This is very misleading.

Emma was incredibly amazing! I I had an amazing experience at CVS thanks to EMMA!
She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. I was having trouble using my coupons, and she went above and beyond to assist me step by step, making sure I got all the discounts I was eligible for.
Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made my day. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to help customers with a smile. I really appreciate her help and wanted to take a moment to recognize her. And she speak Spanish! 🥰

I have never experienced employees that are so rude. 2 old ladies with the worst attitude super rude just because I asked for help and she just walked away from me. I am a door dasher and got an order from there, i had been doordashing for hours already and needed to use the restroom. They were locked so I went to ask if they could open it for me and the answer i got was no it’s closed. They did not want to open the restroom for me. I went on to do my order and couldn’t find what I needed so I asked for help to locate the item. the same lady answered with ‘im not going to shop for you’ I never asked for her to collect the items i needed for me, i simply asked for help in locating the item. I responded with im just asking for your help, and because I said that she said ‘im not doing this’ and walked away from me. I went to the only other employee that was there who was currently helping another dasher. So I was waiting for her and she looked at me and said im helping someone else right now i can’t help you. The lady that had walked away from me then walked back up to me and asked if i was done running my mouth. I said im only asking for your help and pointed out the fact that she was disrespectful and rude. the other dasher that was there heard me and agreed with me as the other lady was being ride to him as well because he was also having trouble finding something. I’ve never been treated like this and i won’t come again bc of those 2 angry ladies, i have never seen anyone so disrespectful at their job as these 2 old ladies were.

Male pharmacist who was working tonight (3/6/25) was suuuper rude. He was helping me at 7:58 but at 8:01 he left me hanging when I was (politely) trying to get an emergency supply of a medicine for my migraines just because he wanted to leave. I was unaware that the 24-hour business hours did not include the pharmacy so I was not trying to be rude… just desperate to get my migraine medicine so I wouldn’t end up hospitalized, and I asked him if he could please just finish helping me but he was a jerk and told me I was ridiculous for waiting til 8 to come in and he slammed the door on his way out to the parking lot. After reading the reviews on this particular cvs pharmacy… wow. I’m not the only one. Just go to a different one, folks. Or maybe not a CVS at all.😬

Horrible customer service from pharmacy and overall establishment. Tried to pick up my prescriptions at 11:00 am and the pharmacy is closed for no apparent reason.

Closes for Lunch! 1:30pm to 2pm. This is not a mom&pop store, it’s in a very active area; yet they can’t provide enough support to be open throughout the day. Nowhere else would this be allowed. As another review mentioned, there are other pharmacies to choose from so we are going elsewhere.

I arrived at 1:25 to pick up my prescriptions. As I was walking up the pharmacist was closing the gate and was told they are closed for lunch between 1:30 to 2:00. Come back.
I told her my phone was showing 1:25 … she said, “Not on my clock”. No customer loyalties.
As I was leaving I asked for the store manager. She also saw the time was before 1:30 and should have helped me.
We both went back to the pharmacy to see her eating. She was rude and told me to respect the pharmacist. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. All I wanted was my prescriptions which was ready to pick up!
Now the store manager was supporting the attitude from the pharmacist. She said they were closed between 1:30 and 2:00. Come back.
I will never use this store in the future. As a homeowner here in Miramar Beach, Florida…..Publix, Walgreens and other drug stores are available who will love to have my business.
Only takes one bad experience to ruin a good thing. People beware…. Some companies do not care what you need.
