If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The blonde Middle aged lady who works there is the rudest, meanest person if ever met and wouldn’t sell me alcohol despite me being well over the age and denied me because she saw my wife in the golf cart. Saying “her job isn’t worth $20 of beer” she needs to be fired asap. I used to manage a CVS and this is NOT how we are trained. Higher ups would be ashamed of her

Very nice, organized, and clean store- I could easily find everything I needed; I wish there were more staff members available for help, but the self-checkout was easy to use

The post only gets one star because 0 and negative numbers are not available options. Absolutely, HORRIBLE service. In town for vacation and the awful woman working the cash register was incredibly rude; she also REFUSED to sell my husband a bottle of wine because she told him “I know that your wife is outside in the vehicle”. I did not have my ID on hand with me, we were just coming back from the beach, but I am by far of age to purchase alcohol, as is my husband who is 40 years old. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience both of us have ever had at a CVS.
And yes, we will be returning this afternoon simply to enlighten the miserable woman and the rest of the staff of our legal ages. And to inform, the miserable cashier that her awful attitude in life is likely the reason she has the less than mediocre job “career” that she currently holds. Do better CVS.

I made a qualifying purchase at a CVS in Chicago which should have earned me $5 in rewards. When I noticed the rewards didn’t show up in my balance, I went to this CVS location (now I’m on vacation) with receipt to remedy the issue. The manager (Chris/Kris - unsure of spelling) attempted to assist but she also couldn’t understand why the rewards didn’t properly load. Instead of making the reasonable judgment call to give me the $5 in store credit or literally any other way, she escalated to her manager over the telephone, who advised that since the purchase was made in another city, there was nothing they could do. “Sales and discounts are regional.” I explained that the same $5 reward offer in Chicago store is the same one posted in this store (see picture attached). She got an obvious attitude, rolled her eyes and when I asked to speak to her manager, apparently that person wouldn’t speak to me because they were “off the clock.” When I asked to speak to a manager in store, she said “I am the manager and it’s up to me to say yes or no.” She said I could call customer service or drive down the road to another store. What kind of customer service is that?!!! I am a frequent CVS shopper and I have never encountered this. Do better!

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy people know you're there, but don't acknowledge you, and then you wait ages even for simple questions. Questions that are eventually met with short and zero care responses.

We have been going to this CVS for 13 years. The new pharmacy manager "Kevin" lacks major customer service. He has changed/denied our meds, put my husband's script info in Spanish and refuses to help get our meds. Just says out of stock. Nothing he can do. I went to Target CVS and she followed up and got it in one day!
Missy (pharm tech) is very understanding and tries to be helpful.

Watch out for CVS’s new scam. They offered us $10 off without saying that it’s a $5 monthly fee for their new rewards program. My spouse saw it in the fine print. They got the senior in front of us. It’s sad what these big companies continue to get away with.

I was in the store on a Saturday evening with my autistic grandbaby who is four years old and a two year baby and a cashier who waited on me was very rude to my autistic child. If you don’t understand autistic children don’t have a opinion about them and please do not go gospel about that child to the next customer cause the grandmother is still there listening, very good ears heard the whole conversation but I was the person. I just walked away and I’m leaving a survey about her visiting never go back to CVS again.
My cashier name is Lindola

Lynn was so rude. Attempted to self checkout but before I could take a second step in that direction, she shrieked at the top of her voice “come here” and pointed to her register. I’d have preferred to check myself out given her mouthful of whatever delicacy she was chomping on, however that was not an option lest I be loudly chastised again. Commenting on each purchase I made, Lynn made sure to make it as awkward and passively aggressive encounter as humanly possible. Wow…
