Ecco repair attended to promptly. The technician was Very prompt to come to our house for the fix. The golf cart was fixed by Colton who did it professionally, quickly, and completely .

We use them for monthly maintenance and other service related things. Great experience so far. Rod and other service advisors are excellent. Brandon our service guy is phenomenal. Three stars only because of how their charging system works. Called around 2:30pm to reserve a golf cart same day and picked up at 3pm. They charged me for a full day and said that's just how they do business. They don't credit for half days. So plan ahead and don't fall into that trap. Overall 6 person golf cart was great and people at front desk were nice.

I am so disappointed! I bought a brand new golf cart and have had nothing but problems since day 1. Its cost me money with my renters not being able to use it or getting stranded! Unacceptable service. Won’t call back when we’ve reached out. You response below if inaccurate. The ongoing issue is NOT fixed. The fact that it is charged, acts like it’s completely dead, plug in again, turn key and has full battery. That’s not normal nor is the fact that the cart has been at your service sept numerous times when it was purchased brand new and not even one year old. Please replace it with a working cart!

We just paid over $2100 to have our 2 years old golf cart repaired and they couldn't fix it after two months of having it in their shop.

Best customer service! Started storing my golf cart with Ecco Motors last year, been the best service. I had some issue with my cart from the previous builder, Tish and Carrie help me resolve my issue to the correct lift and other issues to get my cart up and running correctly. Looking for storage for your cart or repair, this is the best place in Destin.

Waited a year for parts to correct corrosion related issues under warranty. Through this time frame and through the repair process we Experienced very poor communication, non-existent customer service, unfriendly staff except for the service technician and incompetence throughout the organization.

Ecco Motors Miramar Beach, Florida Took my golf cart in for repair. They told me a bushing need to be replaced. When I went to pick-up the cart the charge was $1263,70. They replaced the motor and never advised me of the problem. Further, the cart wouldn't go over 17 mph, compared to the 28 mph with the former motor. They would not do anything about it. Them four months later they told me I only paid $263.70 and I owed a balance of $1000.00. I told them I paid the invoice in full, and had a document form THEM saying so. They are still dunning me for the money. HORRIBLE company. Stay away. Stay FAR away.

Very good people and great service. We had the golf cart for 5 days and it was the best choice we made to travel the roads and go to restaurants. If you take the golf cart when the fuel is low, they will refill it for you. So much better than taking your car every where you go. We had so much fun down in Miramar. We will be back.
