I have used Emerald Coast Communications for the past 4 years and love them. I am saving a ton of money and need to. I stream on Roku and have more channels and movies than I can ever watch with perfect clarity. My internet is fast and only interrupted rarely and briefly. Everytime they have been in my home they have been perfect gentlemen. I know exactly what my bill will be. My Dad Capt. Ben Marler knew them and regarded them. I feel very blessed.

HORRIBLE! Stay away from these guys. We don't have TV at Gulf Terrace because EHC hasn't paid the provider RealChoice TV.They NEVER answer the phone when you call for support either.

The HOAs like it because it's cheap but do not count on it to always be up or fast. If you need internet for work stay with Cox.

Very inconsistent service. Unfortunately, my HOA went with this service. Since then I have went back to Cox, but still pay for this through my HOA. Very dissatisfied.

Do not waste your money with this company. Zero customer service. Service is out and no one to call. If you leave a message, no one ever calls you back.

I live in a townhouse community and the HOA decided to leave Cox Cable and get this service. Worst service ever every other week the service is either going down on the Internet or the real Choice TV that they provide. And then when you have to call them there's no one there to answer or they are ignoring their calls and they never send anyone out to see what the problem is. Unfortunately we're stuck with them for the time being hoping that we can go back to Cox or get some other service soon.

BE AWARE. They do not answer the phone or respond to service calls. They are not open after 5 so I hope you don't have any issues after working hours.They made sure it worked before he left. Then low and behold its 6 and the internet is down. It has been down for 5 days with constant calls to them with no luck. Thankfully someone finally answered one of my emails. They came and hooked my line back up to Cox because they don't offer service in our area. Hmmm.

I have not had cable tv for 4 straight days and it could have been longer than that because I was not at home. I can understand having problems and being off for a few hours or even a whole day, but four days is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. Somebody needs to get on the ball.

No support. Leave a message on an answering machine. 19 short term rental condos without Internet over 36 hours. Refunds paid out. People work from home now.

This is THE alternative to expensive cable data plans! They won’t sell you more than you need just to make more money.NOTE: All of their service is based on point to point line of sight to one of there antennas, so not everyone can take advantage of this service.

The installation techs are very nice and courteous. But the actual service and dealing with anybody at the office is terrible and they do not answer the phone. Also when they do not answer the phone the voicemail is full and you can't even leave a message

We just got this service in destin and if i could go back i would. Nobody answers the phone!! Nobody to fix problems and it constantly is rebuffing!!! The recording will keep repeating itself. Sad sad. Give me my cox back!!!

If you have a wifi problem it has to be before 5pm & not 9n weekends.
