The whole process from getting a quote to placing the order was great! Jamie was very quick to respond and very informative when answering my questions. I had to file a claim for a broken item and Danielle was also great! She quickly sent me a replacement with no issues. Nothing but good things to say about Floorzz! 👍

I was looking to match the flooring in the rest of my house which was built in early 2021. Floorzz was the only place I was able to find the exact flooring I needed online. I was a little skeptical because the company is in Florida, and I am in Oklahoma. To my surprise, the flooring arrived to my house exactly 6 days after the order was placed and it was exactly what I needed.
Diane was very helpful and super responsive. I would use Floorzz again in the future.

My wife and I recently ordered tile from Floorzz. We worked with Audra as our sales specialist. She was very responsive and helpful during the process. Even with a backorder from the manufacturer Audra kept us updated and informed. The tile arrived quickly after shipping and was a smooth transaction. Jamie and Diane are so wonderful to work with! They were very knowledgeable and were able to find a tile that was out of stock from my local vendor...and have it to me within a matter of days! Pricing was fair and customer service 10 out of 10! Will definitely be ordering from them again for my next project.

I placed an order with floorzz.com last month. I ordered flooring for my bedroom which was the last room in my home to still have carpeting. The order was for the exact same flooring that had been installed in my home two year previously. My contractor began to place and not nail the floor while I was at work. When I came home anticipating to find the same flooring in my bedroom, I was dismayed to see a completely different and unattractive replacement. I immediately called floorzz.com and spoke with Danielle who handled any claims. From the start, approximately 3-4 weeks ago she worked with me remediate this problem. She instructed me to provide the necessary photos and information that she would then submit to the manufacturer which I did. I didn't think this process would ever end, nor did I believe that I would even be compensated with a refund for a fraction of the amount that I paid for the flooring. I was estatic
when Danielle called me the other day to tell me that I was getting a full refund for the flooring! She also believed that the manufacturer had sent me the incorrect flooring. I can't say enough about her dedication to her job and her clients. As I said to her that day, she was truly an angel and could not thank her enough!

Leaving a 5 star review because of the excellent customer service I received from Carisa. My tile got lost which happens but she quickly resolved the issue and we got the tile in time to do our project. She was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process and resolved issues fast. 100% would order products through them again.

We finally finished and the backsplash looks Amazing!!! Floorz was so easy to work with on both of our orders. Jamie was so helpful with ordering and shipping was easy to St Pete Florida.
The Morrocan tile has such a unique look. Absolutely love it!

In a pinch, Diane was able to hook us up with the tile we needed for our building project. We needed the tiles fast, and she was so helpful and courteous. Our project remained on schedule thanks to her being able to expedite our shipment.

Return policy is punitive. Archaic for this day and age. Buyer beware. They were able to ship one box... but can't return one box.
