Car notified me I was loosing tire pressure crossing over the bridge. Stopped and put some air in real quick and called these guys! It was 5:55 and they close at 6. I let Todd know that I was about 5 min out and he told me to come in by. I got there right at 6 and instead of just putting air in and letting me come back to tomorrow he went ahead and fixed my tire! I left at 6:20. You don’t find ppl going out of their way much these days and to say I appreciated his service today would be an understatement! Great service even when he could’ve just said we’re closed! Thanks so much Todd for being a stellar human today!

This place tried to scam me. I made an appointment for a brake pad change. When I showed up to drop off the car they told me that they would call me back after they inspected the car. I told them I didn’t neel an inspection, I made an appointment to get brake pads. They told me this was their policy. They called me back and said that I needed rotors and brake pads. I had the wheels off and measured the rotors last week and they were fine. When I told them that I only wanted the break pads I was told that it was illegal, against the laws for them to only put the brake pads on and not the rotors. So, I took my car to Leo boys and they happily put brake pads on my car. I used to buy tires and get my oil changed , among other things at Goodyear, they have now lost a customer for life. I will never even buy a Goodyear tire again now.

Made an appointment to get my brake pads changed. When I showed up they said they had to do an inspection and would call me. They called and said I needed new rotors and brake pads.i told them I only wanted brake pads. Eddie told me that it was against the laws to put brake pads on and not rotors. I left and went somewhere else to get brake pads. What a scam

Overpriced us about $1,000. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I wanted to thank everyone at Goodyear for checking my Subaru this morning. The guys were quick to check it and find the issue so we could get back to enjoying our vacation.

Went there April 30 ,2025..This is the most dishonest place in the area I’ve ever encountered. My fiancé rents out her car through Turo and needed it inspected. Even with an appointment She waited several hours before they finally looked at her car. Once they did, they provided her with a comprehensive list of items they claimed needed to be replaced before they could sign off on the inspection. They even replaced her battery, which was only 9 months old. To make matters worse, they gave her a false printout showing that her battery was faulty. When the old battery was tested later, it tested the same as the replacement.
To add insult to injury, they charged her for all new filters, cabin, and outside air filters. These were all newly installed at the end of January this year so only 3 months old. They also added extra charges like a fresh air package and an AC odor eliminator. They even replaced her good wiper blades and told her she needed an unnecessary alignment.
The total bill came to over $1,500, with about $800 of that being unjustified charges for unnecessary repairs. They simply took advantage of her because she needed the inspection signed off on and knew it was necessary to put the car back into service.
If you’re considering sending your wife or daughter to this place, be warned that they will likely lie to you and make them do unnecessary repairs.
**Edit on June 11, 2025** – Please be aware that a response from the Goodyear owner carries little weight when you reach out to them. Their approach essentially dismisses legitimate concerns by implying dishonesty, while making no real effort to resolve the issue. Their replies seem to serve only as a public-facing gesture rather than a genuine attempt to make things right. They did offer to refund the road hazard but they still stole hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. It’s especially frustrating that the men working there take advantage of women and other clients who rely on their honesty. For reference, I’ve uploaded the response I received.

I took my car in yesterday morning to see what the problem was. They diagnosed my car that morning needing a water pump. They fixed the pump and replaced blown head light. I was very pleased that all repairs were done the same day! Plus the staff were super friendly and very helpful getting my claim processed through Car Shield! They don't know it yet, but Good Year Tire in Marimar Beach is now my official auto repair shop! 🎉👌🏽

Very helpful staff. I stopped by to check my tire air, and they filled the air up and checked for any holes without charge.

WOW !!!! Best experience ever. I needed a valve stem for my 5th Wheel. I took the tire off and brought it to this shop. There were several people waiting in the waiting room. A young lady came and rolled my tire into the back room. I was expecting to wait for a while. Nope. 2 minutes late, she rolled it back in and said no charge. What, are you kidding me? I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would buy all my tires here. Thank You again

Left my work truck here on a Tuesday for just an oil change (my weekends are Weds, Thurs). I came back Friday to pick up my vehicle and the paperwork on it got mixed up and the oil change was never done. Almost 3 whole days my vehicle just didn't exist for some odd reason. I understand accidents happen but how you misplace a whole ass vehicle ?

On vacation I had a screw puncture in one of my new tires. They told me they could patch it and balance the tire for $52 dollars. [ I read many reviews this service was free there ] Thats fine. After an hour I looked in the bays of the garage to see what was going on with my truck. To my surprise they had all the tires off! I said I only needed 1 tire patched. A worker said the the paperwork said the tires needed to be re balanced. I said they are new tires and he said there must have been a communication issue. They balanced the tire with eyesore white looking little tiles, not the lead weights, which is normal. Made a mess with the liquid they apply to the tire , on the wheel, I cleaned it up after. They guy who performed the work, didn't want to speak with me. Over 2 hours there, hopefully my wheels won't be wobbling in the future!

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. the tires were not rotated even know the invoice said the were. When i asked about it they said they did not need it. Honda recommends rotation every 5 to 7 thousands miles. Then the try to tell me i needed a wheel alignment. They must not know tires wear different on front and rear no matter alignment issues. WHY SAY ON THE INVOICE THAT IT WAS DONE. Not sure about how honest they are or up to date on car maintenance schedules.
