The area is family friendly, with green spaces, ample parking, and a public square that includes public washrooms. There are movie theaters and a craft beer bar nearby, making it a lively spot for shopping, dining, and relaxing. While driving through can feel a bit crowded and claustrophobic, the area provides a nice mix of contemporary accommodations and office space, creating a dynamic lifestyle destination. Overall, Grand Boulevard offers a beautiful, accessible place to shop, dine, and enjoy leisure time.
There are several places to eat here and various places to shop for items such as Vineyard Vines, Tommy Bahama etc. There is also a Publix grocery store and a liquor store. It is golf cart friendly. Try it out! Eat, drink and be awesome!

I did not want to leave my room (so nice!). Thank goodness, I did! Go walk to The Warf, whatever that means. Also, take the credit cards from your wife, because the shopping here is absolute. WHERE DO I GET MY FREE BIKE RENTAL?

Upscale outdoor shopping and dining that lives up to the name. Our favorites for dining are Tommy Bahama's, Cantina Laredo g PF Chang's. For shopping Tommy Bahama, Anthropology, J Mclaughlin and Faherty. There are plenty more of both. A must stop for us any time we're in the area
